Sorry guys was really busy with diwali and then i am sick now and tomorrow my college is starting i will try to update ASAP.

I just wanted you all to know i don't know much about weddings so that chapter will be short and
the main plot will be after their marriage.

Chapter 4


Nandini's pov:

I was just staring at my phone not knowing how to react when someone knocked at my door and i just pushed my phone under the pillow and sat trying to act casual. It was my favorite brat and the words that came out of his mouth shocked me "So will he become your husband ?"

I was starting at him baffled when I heard muffled giggles and looked up to find Priya standing at the door.I looked at Arav and asked him "Arav what is your punishment from me ?"

We both shared a naughty look and started chasing his mom ,we reached the dining room where my mom ,dad and brother were already sitting.

Then after an elaborate teasing session and making me apple red, we had dinner and talked about everything and it was time for some sleep.

Manik's POV:

I kept thinking how much she would have blushed reading my msgs and also why she didn't reply. Then my mom and dad told that my sister will be coming here next week as she has finished college. Finally she will be back J. After dinner I went to sleep thinking about those pouty lips and what flavor they must be ;)

It has been a week there have been secret dates (that were not very well kept you will get to know soon ;) ). And little gifts and suprises here and there.But since the last 2 days both Nandinin and Manik have been busy with their work which has been going on a tight schedule.

So was the Murthy family and Malhotra family planning for a family lunch at the Murthy's house, both the mothers kept discussing about what food is liked and what not ?!
this plan was unknown to Manan.

Nandini's POV:

That evening when I came home the whole place was in a hustle and bustle .Mom came with Arav and told me to get ready ,when I asked where to she said temple visit .

I gave him a chocolate and made him watch Tom and Jerry while I had a bath after which he helped me choose a nice outfit and matching accessories he always has the best taste and knows which will suit me and which will not.

After getting ready I looked at the mirror and asked him "how do I look?"
Priya who was standing near the door came in and twisted my brat's ear saying "so you have been dolling her up without doing your homework?"

He replied" She is always like a doll "

That made me go all Awww, after rescuing him from his mom I carried him down so that we could go meet Ayappa. I walked to the kitchen to grab something to eat while I was walking I heard the door bell ring.

Manik's POV:

I came home from office to find the house dark and there was no servant around . I got confused mom and dad usually tell me if they are going somewhere but---?!

I just chucked my thoughts and entered the house after I switched on the light I was about to climb the stairs to my room when I heard someone scream I turned around and found a small but strong force hug me ,without returning the hug I asked mom and dad who were standing near the door smiling at us

"Ummm- Mom,Dad why is a boy with long hair hugging me?"
They chuckled and my sister pushed me and I lost my balance and feel on the floor she sat on top of me and started hitting me.

"you don't even remember your own sister"

*punch*

"you think I am a boy"

*punch*

I caught hold of her hand and said
"usually girls grow up to be ladylike" and I got up saying so, still holding her and continued "except in your case" and ran upto my room laughing.

After refreshing I came out of the bathroom to find a fresh set of semi-casuals laid out on my bed, I wore it and went down to find mom,dad and my baby sis sitting on the couch in the living room all dressed up.My mom seeing my confused expression said " we are going to Nandini's place for dinner, your sister is yet to meet her".

I replied "you mean my little brother" and she again came to hit me when I said "I missed you Mukti" and she hugged me with a big smile on her face and I heard a muffled "I missed you too".

"but you will always be my little brother" and ran off to take the car, I heard her complain to mom and dad.

We reached there soon while catching up with Mukti's life during the ride. When mom and dad were standing before us she wgisprered to me "So how is your to-be-wife like?"

I smirked and replied "why don't you find out?"
