Manik basically tries justify his action of pushing Dhruv towards Alya and says Alya also might forgive Dhruv the way Nandini did..

For that Nandini says their case was different bcoz she already knew she was in Love with him..

Yet to see the episode. But I guess she probably meant that since I knew I loved you, i could overlook loads of things but we don't know what Alya feels. I guess they just wanted them to have Nandu warn him and bring Soha as part of narration.
