@Bold- I doubt he knows when it started for him, he was long gone- i think the attraction probably hit during accident kiss but his obsession was something that just started from the moment she stopped him from egging Navya- lines kinda kept muddling for him. I don't think he or even us can pinpoint the exact moment when he fell for her, it sort of flowed . He was curious and that led him towards Nandu like a moth to a flame.

I totally agree with this...and to that point, somewhere I wonder if we should even poke this point...there is something to be said for not really needing to PINPOINT that moment and the flow speaking for and having evolved on it's own...I just have a soft corner for unsaid emotions😆

I'm on the fence about this...I feel like it might be tricky to approach and I don't want them to mess it up while trying to show it just for the heck of it...something are better left unsaid and untouched.

I do like your idea about Manik guilt-tripping over Alya and Nandu consoling him...that idea has solid potential for a good scene.

@AY- i don't want them to talk about attraction phase because it's so muddled up, they really never had that Eureka moment unlike the "love realization" ones. I just don't want them to pick a random scene and well sell it as a high point.

His guilt about Alya is the only point I see them talking about in general. That and later his family mess. Bas.

Bullying- on second thoughts, i feel that is fab5 thing first- they need to have that moment for themselves and be guilty or apologetic - talk it out. But Manik sort of handled it in his own ways with Nandu when he did that egg proposal thing.

Exactly...and I don't think we are going to get more of a loop closure on the bullying thing than that cuz they've sorta made it redundant since...Nandu toh doesn't even TEASE him about his bullying days anymore...if she made some sorta passing reference to tease him, it can possibly culminate into a more poignant discussion...cuz he's only ever babbled about it on the night he got drunk otherwise.

Attraction phase is too complicated a beast to poke I feel...at the most they will just keep on teasing each other about one off incidents...overall ka I doubt...scene will need a solid standing and I'm not sure they're upto the task...lol

Yes only things left to discuss from Manik's side are Alya and his family issues...baaki toh clear hai ab.

Her fireflies and his fear. That's their story. Two elements which have stayed quite consistent in the show. I like how they portrayed that as the basis for their respective love realisations. Especially the story of his fears. It's evolved over the progressive stages of his life and has eventually come to halt at the ultimate fear of his life which is to lose her. No fear of darkness anymore well primarily because she's an inseparable part of his life now but also because he's embraced her fireflies as his own too.

The contrast of the fireflies and the fear is quite extreme in its own way. Symbolising the extremitiesof their respective personalities in this case too. The idea of fantasy and reality conquering love. Speaks so much about the experiences of their distinct childhood. Whilst she was broken too, she still had a family in Amms and Rishabh...had some loving memories of her parents to recall and cherish. Her Amma's words, fairytales and stories to recall so she could weave her own perception of the world. A world only filled with goodness, love and happiness. Whereas he opened his eyes to darkness. Never been awoken to the ideas of light, dreams, emotions or relationships for that matter. He had only ever seen the harsh reality of life. The dark, the evils, the monsters were the only tales and characters he was so aware of. And so even as they fell in love with each other, it was their distinct contextual individuality that shaped their own perceptions of what it would feel like to be in love with someone. Such beauty. Much wow.

If they talk about the accident night ever- which i feel will be the last stage in many ways- thats the only other point from Nandu's side that needs poignancy. Unless something related to Navya or Rishab happens , there isn't much to poke around her. She pretty much has everything sorted.

The moment Nandhini held his hand to stop him from throwing eggs to protect Navya... Manik was drawn to her out of curiosity as well as a bit of animosity...

When Nandhini Punched him the curiosity became an obsession...

When they accidentally kissed his obsession for her got accompanied by attraction which he actively tried to supress by showing even more animosity i.e the Disgusting Drink...

As he grew to know her more and more , his obsession and attraction for her increased exponentially...

He hated her for the power that she weilded over him without even trying and of which she was unaware of...

He hung on to her every word , every action , every movement , every emotion..

but tried to show non-chalance to her desperately...

In his mind he was trying his best to honor his relationship with Alya controlling his every Primal Urge and emotion for Nandhini

But once he was free of that boundary... he let his emotions flow... his urges take charge... he was ready to explore the struggle inside his Heart.

Just to think, they have come such a long way, and together they have matured! How easily they can just talk about Aliya, being their friend and not as some ex-gf lingering around. How simply they have accepted his past and learned to move on with their future. And Manik, what can I say, but so proud of him today, for being there to help Aliya and Dhruv, at the end of the day all he wishes is to see Aliya and Dhruv find the same love that he and Nandini shares.

And Nandini, no matter how many praises we give her, it will never be enough to give full and complete justice to her character, the girl's voice in her always leaves me dazzled, how she questioned Manik, "Did you ask Aliya, what she wants, what she feel?", such a simple question yet leaves so much to ponder over. Just adored their classroom lunch date 😳

They showed Dhruv and Rishabh solving the Rubik's Cube in minutes in the early episodes. Lol were they going with some hidden genius kind of track? That plot-line was so confused. 😆 Not to say that these psycho tracks are any better, but still, alien elements in their heads making them draw stars on walls. I wonder if THIS was the child born out of the five-year pregnancy. 😆😆😆
