Cabir (Shocked) - Tum...! Yaha ! kya kar rahe ho ?

Navya (really sweet) - Haan Sir... Aap betiyien na.. Aap coffee peeyenge ya chai ?

Cabir got more shocked and confused in Navya's behavior, he expected her to shout at him, but what happened was she was behaving really or more than nice to him. He didn't know how Navya was actually, but was quite sure of her reactions but such an attitude came as a shocker to him.

"Sir bolo na" Navya broke Cabir from his thoughts. "Coffee...!" Cabir said thinking for a while. Navya took out the plan and showed him "Sir, yeh aap ka naya plan hai. Dekho entrance yaha hai, yaha se sitting room, aur sitting room se direct connection rakha hai stairs tak... (She kept on blabbering)". Cabir understood the reason behind her behavior, he understood that she wanted him to aapprove the plan, suddenly Cabir interrupted Navya's explanation "Yeh plan...! Kuch kaas nahi hai... Mujhe bedroom se balcony ka connection aur open space ka idea pasand nahi aaya.. I think you should re-think about it" Cabir said smirking.

Hearing the word re-think she understood that he wasn't ready to go ahead with plan, the anger Navya was hiding came infront of Cabir "Tumhe nahi lagta that you should re-think about what you said ? You know why ? Kyoonki I'm not going to change the plan. Tumhara problem kya hai..! ek baat pe stand kyoon nahi karti." Navya spoke all her frustration out. Cabir expected this and wanted to see her angry, in the 2 seen versions of Navya he had liked the angry Navya than the sweet one. "Ab aayi na tum baat pe ! Tumhara fake acting hogaya na khatam !" Cabir said, before he could complete his phone rang. Seeing the caller ID Cabir became delighted. "Ohh.. Shittt...! Dhruv" he almost shouted on top of his voice. Navya looked at Cabir with surprise.

Dhruv - Cabir Phone Convo

"Oyyy ..! Pagal ab phone kar raha he tu mujhe ?" - Cabir

"Sorry...yaar thoda busy tha" - Dhruv

"Haan .. hann busy and all ! Samajh gaye hum" (Cabir teased Dhruv) Even though Dhruv felt like hitting Cabir, he blushed and scolded Cabir "Kaise baatiyen kar rahe ho tum"

"Vaise jis kaam ke liye tum dono ne gaya, woh hogaya ya nahi ?" - Cabir

"Tumhe kya lag raha hai ?" - Dhruv

"Beyond that gaya" Cabir laughed out.

"Sun Cabir, Hum kal evening 5pm India pochenge ! Thodi der mein we are boarding the flight aur details mein message karti hoon !" - Dhruv

"Saale ! tumne hame pehle kyoon nahi bataya aaj flight hai tumhare...!" - Cabir almost shrieked. "Agar Manik aur Mukti ko pata chala na toh tumhara to gaya!" Cabir told Dhruv.

"Gaali mat de yaar. Aur vaise sab kuch jaldi finalise hua ke batane ka time hi nahi mila" - Dhruv

"Usse bhi! Bro this is not happening ! Vaise message kar tu" - Cabir

"Haan... Toh mein rakh ti hoon !" - Dhruv

"Safe journey dude...!" - Cabir

Cabir hung the phoneand realized Navya was staring at him "Kyaaa ...! Dayan ke tarah why are you staring at me" he asked. "Mein tumhare liye apna sare meetings cancel kar ke aayi hoon aur tum yaha !" Navya said. Cabir laughed at joked "Ooah ! Tum toh Prime Minister hoon na ! Sare meetings cancel kar ke aayi hoon (Cabir mocks).

At the Court :

Manik and Nandini had reached the court. Manik rushed and opened the door for Nandini. Nandini was quite shocked but liked his sweetness. Nandini was stepping out but suddenly she was about to fall as her shawl had been stuck in the edge of the seat. But before fell she felt two strong hands holding her tightly, it was none other than Manik.

(Nandini was in Manik's arms, safe and both looked at each other's eyes with lot of unknown passion)

(MaNan were still looking at each other's eyes, they felt like some strong connection was pulling them closer)

Suddenly Manik's phone beeped and both of them realized their closeness and suddenly Nandini released herself from Manik's hands. Manik saw Cabir's message

A huge smile came on Manik's face. This smile did not go unnoticed by Nandini, "Tum khush lag rahe ho" Nandini asked Manik in a sweet tone. "Yep ! My friend will be back from Paris tomorrow." Manik said in excitement. "Yeh toh khushi ki baat hai" Nandini also joined in his happiness. "Chaliyien ! Tumhara statement note karna hai na..!" Manik told Nandini, they were about to leave when they heard someone clapping hands. Both of them turned around to see who it was, and for Nandini's shock it was none other than ARYAMAN, the beast in her life. Nandini started sweating hard, and Manik too realized it was HIM.

"Kya baat hai meri Nandu ... Mere khilaf statement de ne wali hai ! Yeh tumahre case ke liye kafi accha hoga, right Mr. Manik Malhotra" Aryaman asked evilly smirking.

Manik who had noticed Nandini's uneasiness decided to deal this problem himself, he deiced to defend her. He hold Nandini's hands strong and moved her behind him, he was covering her.

"Ofcoz Kyu nahi ! I feel its more than enough." Manik said coldly.

"Wohho ! Darr gaya" (Aryaman mocks Manik) Aryaman pulled Nandini who was hiding behind Manik.

"Tumhe kya laga darling ?Mujhe kuch nahi pata chale ga ? Awww (he pulls her face) tum ab tak nahi jaanti ho ke MEIN kya kar sakte ho" Aryaman's voice was turning from Sarcasm to violence.

Nandini tried freeing herself from him but his force on her was so more powerful than her.

"Baby, tum mera khilaf jaa rahe ho" Sayin this Aryaman came closer to Nandini to kiss her. Manik who was seeing this could not control it for long, his eyes had turned blood red, he never realized it, the guy who always believed in solving a problem discussing it even with their worst enemies had lost his cool.

Manik caught Aryaman by his collars, the anger in Manik was visible to Nandini, not only to her but also the other in the court premises who have seen the happy, quite and polite behavior of Manik.

Manik did not wate his time, he slapped Aryaman hard on this face. "Stay away from her" he almost shout on top of her voice ! Nandini was hell shocked on how Manik took her side and protected her.

Along with Nandini, the crowd who had seen Manik loose his cool was also shocked.

"Tum iss kaliye pachtavoge! I won't spare you Mr. Manik Malhtora" Aryaman bursted in anger and came near Nandini "You will pay for this really badly Nandini" Nandini's eyes had already become moist.

Manik again caught Aryaman by his collar and called the guard "Tumhe acche se batavo so you don't understand" Manik frowned and asked the guard to throw Aryaman out of the court premisies. In no time Aryaman was thrown out, Manik turned to Nandini only to realize tears were flowing down her cheeks. Before Manik could say anything Nandini ran inside into Manik's cabin. Manik too ran behind her shouting her name.

He opened his cabin and saw Nandini was crying badly. He slowly went and called her name in low tone, Nandini suddenly hugged Manik.

(Manik was taken aback by such a gesture of hers, but with the shock in his face there was also a smile.)

(Manik too responded to the hug, and put his hands around her hugging. Shivers were sent down her nerves when she felt Manik's touch on her. She did know why she was shivering but yes she was.)

(Hugging Manik, Nandini looked up and their eyes caught each other.)

Nandini broke the hug and both were quite shy on what to say. They looked at the other sides, the walls, the floor, the bookshelf and almost everything but they did not have enough courage to look at each other.

There was complete silence in the room. Suddenly Manik broke the silence by requesting Nandini to sit. Nandini nodded in a yes and sat. Manik too went sat on his chair and called Simon, his junior.

"Simon, Nandini ka statement lo. Note each and everything." Manik ordered Simon. "Nandini, tum Simon ke saat jao aur statement do" Manik told Nandini, who again nodded in a yes.

Nandini stood up and was about to leave, she stopped and turned back to Manik and said "Manik... Thankyou for all the support you gave me. Mein kabhi iss ehsaan juka nahi pavoonga". Hearing the word EHSAAN, Manik got up from his chair and came close to her " Nandini, yeh EHSAAN nahi hai, shayad mera responsibility hai, aur tumhe isse juka ne ki zaroorat nahi hai." Manik said lovingly making Nandini understand how concerned he was for her. Nandini smiled as a yes to what Manik and left.

(Manik was passionately staring at Nandini, while she went out of his sight)

Manik took a file and started analyzing it with great concentration, when suddenly he came across the name NANDINI. He was taken by the time they spent together. Manik leaned on his chair, putting the file on his chest and remembering the time spent with her. "aap toh bada handsome lagte ho" her words echoes in his ears. How he got angry when, Aryaman came closer to her, how he slapped him, how she extended her hand for friendship , how she hugged him, how he responded to her hug how her saved her from falling, how they were lost in each other's eyes, how she thanked him, and finally her smile when he told about not to thank him came into his mind. Manik had a big smile on his face, as if thoughts about Nandini was making him so happy.

Manik's thoughts were interrupted by Nyonika, his mother's call. Manik in a hurry attended the call.

"Hello beta..." - Nyonika

"Good morning Maa...! Aap kab uthe ?" - Manik asked in a concerned tone.

"Abhi abhi ! But I'm not talking to you.. tumhe pata hai na kyoon! Tum mujhe bina bataye, bina breakfast kiye office chale gaya? Aur mujhe uthaya bhi nahi... ! Beta tumhe zaroori nahi samjha ?" - Nyonika's voice was full of concern.

"Maaa! Aapko sleep zyada zaroori laga mujhe..! issi liye uthaya aur bataya nahi ! Aur breakfast karne ka time nahi tha mere paas, don't worry office se khavoonga" - Manik replied to Nyonika's never stopping complaint.

"Ab mera beta bada hogaya, busy hogaya ! Breakfast karne ka time bhi nahi ha ! Ab bhi tum file pad rahe hoge na ?" - Nyonika asked Manik.

Manik suddenly realized that he was thinking about Nandini when he was supposed to check an important file, he realized he was least bothered about his busy schedule when ever he thought about her.

"Beta ... (breaking Manik from his thoughts) tum line pe hai kya" - Nyonika

"Ji maa...!" - Manik responded coldly.

"Accha ! Acche tumhe zyada disturb nahi karoonga...! But please khana kha le na !" - Nyonika told Manik.

"Pakka Maaa ! rakhi ti hoon" - Manik

"Take care beta" - Nyonika

Manik after he cut the phone was thinking about Nyonika's words "Ab bhi tum file pad rahe hoge na ?".

"Manik...! eergh ...! Ho kya gaya hai tumhe? Maas ahi kaha mujhe file pad na chahiye tha aur mein Nandini ke baare mein soch rahi hai ?! Pagal hogay kya ? Uske baare mein soch ke itna muskura kyu raha hai tum, jaise koi competiton jeeta ho ?! Come back to senses Manik, Come back ! Tum usse sirf DO DIN se jaanti ho ! Only 2 days, aur itna kyoon soch rahe ho? Tumne usse bachaya because she was my client and she needed my help ! Bass isi wajah se and I was not angry because Aryaman touched her ! Yes I was not ! Pakka its just because of that ! And woh mujhe hug kiya.. kyoon iss baat pe kya problem hai ? Soha bhi mujhe hug kiya hai na ? I'm mean aaj kal yeh normal hai ! Mein Mukti ko bhi hug karti hoon! Yes Manik its just that ! Soha jab mujhe hug karte he I don't respond because I know ke uska iradha bura ha ! But Nandini ... woh aisi nahi hai ...! Baat simple !!!..." Manik was talking to himself, he was tossing from one end of the room to another making him belive there was nothing in his mind regarding Nandini.

Sooo ! That's the new update... ! Hope u all like it ! Manik is in dilema about his growing feelings for Nandini ! And yeaaa DHruv will be baack ...
