His nostrils took a gasp of the lavender scent lingering in his room , and his stomach pith was filling his entire body with a fear stealthily , he was hoping his fears weren't true .
Hopefully these 15 days hadn't turned her world around
He brushed his thoughts and slowly got ready, after speed dialing his bestie over his fears
Then he updated :
Soon enough he walked out of the airport , while most girls swooned over.
The boy had worn a loose black shirt teemed with classic faded jeans enhancing his perfect features well , which boasted the tousled griminess which promised finesse, his eyes- deep and vivid hazel colored while his distinct cheekbones and an angular jaw, making him look devilishly hot .
"buddy you are fine right ?" asked Dhruv
"perfect" he answered as Cabir , Alya and Mukti saw him fiddle with his pocket watch , a fetish that not many possessed in today's times , yet Manik Malhotra did .

And it wasn't so usual for him to be opening his precious vintage clock in front of everyone , for it was the one of two closest thing to his heart .
They all took their respective cars, to head to their houses back .
" bro , I' ll come with you "
" dude , I really don't think there's something wrong , you are worrying unnecessarily " Cabir said , not being able to understand his own best friend's fears
"I m driving. Done" he spoke, his voice laced with an uncertainty only his heart knew .
The bell rang for the fourth time and no one opened
They both looked at each other
"Cabir , the key ?" Manik asked
Taking the key , he pushed it into the lock with a frenzy frightening to the one next to him and ran inside .
He ran into the second room and saw her lying on the ground.
.His heart stopped .
.He knew since a few days , something was wrong .
He hurried inside while Cabir joined him and took her into his arms and laid her on the bed .
"bro ...water ...fast ..."
Cabir got it and slowly made her drink it , while she lay on Manik's lap , as he ruffled her hair and soothed her back with tenderness of a newborn bud .
She slowly opened her eyes, very slowly and held Manik's hand tightly as slept on his lap again.
" you were right , man she is my life , my only family I should ve known " Cabir said ,
as they both kept soothing her , while she sweetly slept in Manik's lap and
as fate wanted it , she had finally found peace after 4 days of hell .
Fifty thousand years before the sky was introduced to the sea ,
he , who owns everything wrote her name next to his .
