Manik kept kissing Nandini right next to the fountain in the garden amidst the illuminated garden.. He didn't wanted this moment to end and Nandini she was on cloud nine.. A girl's first kiss is always the most special feeling and if that kiss is that of her soul mate then she's the luckiest girl on this planet and Nandini Murthy was one of those few luckiest girls who had shared their first kiss with their soul mates... Nandini was getting breathless but Manik was not willing to let go of this moment.. Finally after a long long time Manik finally pulled his lips out of her mouth leaving both of them breathless...
Nandini blushed as this moment was the most beautiful yet most unexpected moment of her life.. Manik was smiling although he had kissed many times but this was the first time when he actually felt a kiss... He smirked and said "not bad for first time.." Nandini looked at him baffled eyes and her anger crossed its limits "you are just too much.." she slapped Manik and walked away.. Manik was shocked and couldn't understand what has happened.. Never ever a girl has slapped him right after a steamy passionate kiss..
"Was it a bad kiss? Come on I'm a great kisser.. Why did she slap me?? God this girl is impossible.." Manik thought as he held his cheek with his hand.. He saw Nandini walking away and ran behind her... This was the most unique first kiss for any soul mates but they are Manik and Nandini how can they be normal.. DJ saw all this from a distance and was very very happy.. She walked in with a smile on her face desperate to tell her partner about the latest development...
But there were few others too who saw this and were not at all happy with this, Dhruv and Aliya saw the kiss and the cute fight too.. Alya was crying "That Nandini?" when Dhruv cut her in between saying "What's Nandini's fault when Manik is also equally involved in this.." He could not believe his best friend fell for the girl he wanted but he was not ready to give up... "But I like her too.." He mumbled and all this was heard by Harshad, the one guy who should not have heard.. He found hi pawns to destroy Manik and Fab5.. Harshad let out an evil smirk as his mind weaved a evil plan to take Manik down...
Manik ran behind Nandini and stopped her.. "What the hell Nandini?" He was damn pissed "Who slaps after a romantic and passionate kiss.. Oh wait Nandini Murthy?" Manik asked.. "And who says to a girl'not bad for a first timer..' oh wait Manik Malhotra.." Nandini replied "You had that coming.. Now lemme go" "And how many times do i have to tell you that i won't.." Manik pulled Nandini and she resisted resulting in a tug off war between them...As it would have it they were fighting on the wet grass resulting in a great fall Manik on Nandini...
Meanwhile DJ ran inside the ball room and pulled out a dancing Cabir from the middle of a romantic moment.. Cabir "What partner you should be match maker not breaker.." "Uff I will make your match too don't pout now.." DJ just couldn't control her excitement.. "Now listen Manik and Nandini kissed.." "What?" Cabir just couldn't believe what he heard.. "Are freaking kidding me..they what..dude if they go in this speed very soon you'll be planning their wedding.." Cabir said... "I don't mind.." DJ said.. "Well jokes apart this is a great news.." Cabir said as they both high fived each other..
"Manik.." Nandini said in a low voice "Why do you do this?" Manik got up and sat under a tree resting on its trunk... "Nandini I have no answer for your question.." He said while looking at the stars.. Nandini looked up and slowly went and sat next to Manik.. "You were right I hide, i fake and I pretend not because i have a rep to maintain but to hide the shallowness in me.. All my life except for DJ no one showed any concern for me starting from Neyonika the woman who gave birth to me.." Manik started pouring his pain.. "My dad's first love was always drinks and other women not me and Neyonika was more concerned about money.. It was only DJ and dadu who cared but when dadu passed things changed.. Dj broke she never said but I've seen her crying alone with dadu's pic so even I broke, things changed.."
Manik Malhotra the man, the enigma in himself poured himself out in front of a girl whom he barely knew.. "You know Nandini..all my life no one asked me Manik what do you want, what is that your heart wishes for.. No one asked me to stop hiding..no one saw my heart.." Manik said and beyond this he couldn't speak.. Nandini put her hand on his shoulders and said "Manik you are not broken..you have the most purest and caring heart.. And you don't need to show this to everyone.." "You know I like stars and why.." Manik spoke again "Cause they never expect anything from me but have always silently listened to what my heart desires for...They know me like you do Nandini.." He said and hugged her... Nandini knew Manik was in pain and she was the one who can give him the peace he was looking for so she hugged him back...
