PART 16
Afternoon.
I was watching TV when Cabir called me to get ready as we are going to Manik ' s place for practicing for the event.
So I got ready and mom left for Cabir's house and me n Cabir to Manik house.
In Manik's house
In Manik ' s house or should I say 'The Malhotra Mansion' there were four things I love the most. One, there was a king sized Lord buddha artifact.
Second was a telescope set on the terrace as Manik loves to watch stars.
Third was the pool side.The pool side was designed so lavishly that one could fall in love with it. There was a artificial water fall , some bricks, rock stones, and a large aquarium to make the pool side look like a foreign movie location.
And the last but certainly not the list one was a small sized fish bowl with three gold fishes. It was me who gifted him on his last birthday. The three fishes were none other than we the MaNanBir.
So when we reached to his house I went straight to Manik's room to check on them. While Cabir excused himself as he got a call.
As I entered I discovered my monster in his favorite red superman boxers and bare chested sleeping on his stomach.
And the evergreen black duvet was clinging half on bed and half on the floor.
" Aiyaapa" I chuckled to see the monster sleeping innocently like a boy child. I then slowly moved close to him and started gazing as I was inhaling this most beautiful scene in front of me.
----Nandini pov----
"Aiyaapa he is looking like a cute baby while sleeping.
Koun kahe sakta hai ish pyare se chahere k piche ek monster rahta hai. ?

I then picked the comforter up and covered his body. But I just couldn't take my eyes off him. Then didn't know when I unknowingly leaned closer to him and started caressing his messy hairs.
He moved a little in sleep feeling a touch on him. Then I removed my hand off and about to leave when my leg got hurt with the bed corner and I accidentally fell on the bed and that too on the top of him.
"Ouch" I screamed
Manik opened his eyes now and then sensing something hard on his back. Then he promptly tried to got up but he couldn't as I was then on him. He then realising slowly moved his body to get straight. And I tried to get up with his body movement and then suddenly I felt a pull. A strong pull. Then I found myself again on top of him but this time on his bare chest facing him face to face.
We looked at each other so intensely that we forgot about everything but each other only.
Then I felt his hand slowly pacing on my bare waist because of my short top and one hand removing the hair strands from my face and tucked them behind my ear. I felt electricity flowing on my body. He then slowly moved to place me in the bed and now he top of me.
----Manik Pov - - -
I was sleeping when I felt some thud on me and I turned to find the most desirable person trying to get up from me. I then suddenly pulled her to fall on me.
I didn't know why I pulled her but I did and placed her on the bed carefully slowly. I couldn't resist that much closeness between us and my all time shameless hands hold her waist and other one was caressing her face.
I felt her heartbeat running fast and the movement of her fast heartbeat giving me more shiver in my spine. I being the desperate one wanted to claim her puffy baby pink rose petals lips. I didn't know when my right hand tangled her left hand leaving her waist making her body rest on the bed completely.
We tangled our fingers. Then I slowly leaned towards her and my eyes traced the mole she had on the right side of her neck. I felt one pull towards that mole as it was wanting me or my desires were craving for that beautiful mole.
Then due to that strong desired pull I moved closer to her neck and gently yet passionately kissed her that mole. As soon as I kissed I felt her hands giving my arms more grip and her nails were digging my bare arms.
I felt our heartbeat running very fast. We gasping. I didn't know what I was doing but all seemed so correct that time. I then slowly leaned to kiss her baby lips but interrupted by some sound coming from outside my room.

"Maaanik" Cabir yelling from outside coming to his room.
Then realising the embarrassment of the situation we snatched ourselves from each other. And got up quickly and went to the fish bowl without looking at Manik.
"Maanik" Cabir entered. "Wohh Ohhh mere superman.. salman da fan... whatsuup Bro. ?"
Sensing some thing different he questioned "Did I miss out something guys?"
"No" we shouted unison.
"Wohh Ohhh chill guys. . I was toh just casually asking"

Mission 'dhundo weird' level 2 completed.
Aub toh pakka in dono me kuch chal raha hai.

Cabir -"achcha toh fir let's go down and start practising. What's say. ?"
Manik -"Yeh...yahhh u guys just push ahead I am coming."
Cabir - " okheyy.. come Nandu " and his eyes fell on the bowl and walked towards the bowl " but before that let me say hello to them ".
MaNanBir talk to fishes
Cabir to the fish named cabir- " Heyyy cool dude how r u.? I wish these two are not troubling you like these two ( pointing us)"
Nandini - " Ohh really. . Do you really think they (fishes MaNan) are troubling him( fish cabir). Aree look at them even He(fish cabir) is the one who is eating all the foods and troubling them."
Cabir - " tera aakhn 40 years k pahele hi kharap ho chuki hai?. U bcm blind Mugambi . Look Your Manik (fish manik) is troubling me ( fish cabir)."
Nandini - " What my Manik is troubling you.? Ohh not at all haan.. even yeh( fish cabir) toh creating mess in the water. My cute Manik is so innocent okk." And I started moving my hand on the bowl as I was nuzzling the fishes.
Manik was observing all the scenario sitting on the bed and smiling only.
----Manik Pov - -
"My Manik." !!!!
So toh Nandini Murthy has claimed me her. Not bad .
But wait .. Manik too much of thinking.
May be she just casually said that.
Or else she really mean it.
But I am happy actually I am super happy with this "my manik"..

Then he got up and came across and stood in between me and cabir.
"My dear ch..cool Ca-bir and sweet potato Mugambi both are troubling me only. As look I am so innocent over there hai na Nandu. ?" He turned his face to me and winked.
I didn't know what happened but I blushed hard. My potato cheeks ( according to Manik) turned into red tomato.
Nandini - " Ummm. .. actually na you two are troubling me only . Look that's why I am escaping from u guys. "
(we saw the two fishes were now together and one is in little far. )
"Achchaaa. ?.? But I think u couldn't resist the hotness around you that's why you were trying to escape. " Manik said.

"I was trying to escape? ??"
Is he indicating what happened some time back.
No no no... He is just casually said that. He didn't mean that. Did he. .?
Arrgg. . Aaiyaapa why the things are so complicated. .?

Wohh Ohh to avi dual game chal raha hai.

Cabir -"Okk okk I am hungry so Chalo and have something. "
Manik - " Kamine tere ko hunger mania hai kya.? Wait I will call the servant he will prepare what ever you want. Bol kya khayega. ?
Cabir-"wasey now toh I wish to have some kfc chickens but for now my taste buds will chalauing kaam with anything. "
Manik - " Dont forget panjabi khun.. We are now with a south Indian who started puking non veg k naam se . "
Cabir - " wohhh Yahh.. But Nandu seriously tell me something. If some day you will fall for a punjabi guy tohhh fir kya karegi. ?"
Both me and Manik looked at eachothr in the same time getting shocked by his words.
Nandini- "Whh..what do you mean haan? Fall for a guy Matlab. ? I...I am not falling for a guy. Kuch v haan? "
Cabir- "Reee reee relax rajdhani exp. It is just a thought. If it would some day happened toh. Koun sa I am saying that you have fallen for a guy Wohh v punjabi. (Cabir told his staring at Manik) hai na Manik? "
Manik (puzzled)- haa? ? What. ? Wohh hmm. " and he tried to look away for not giving chance to read his expression to anyone.

Toh aag dono taraf laga hai.
Par yeh hua kab.?
In dono ki akhon hi aakhon me baat ho gaya aur mujhe pata v nehi chala...
But main v in dono ka Baap hu.

Pool side
We were sitting in the pool side. As I said in Malhotra mansion pool side had the foreign view. So it was decorated with multiple colored lights. And specially the water fall side there were hanging around 10 to 12 yellow deem lights looked like fireflies glowing over there as I liked them to the extent. So Manik personally requested the interior designers to design them for me two years back.
I was siting one of the rock beside the water fall and thinking Cabir's words.

Aaiyaapa jab Cabir told about that 'fall for a guy' topic then why I was assuming Manik tht guy. ?
I mean it doesn't make any sense right?.
Why even I am thinking of this. ?
What if I will seriously fall for a guy.? Or else I ve already fallen for ...(suddenly Manik's face flushed in front of me. ) MANIK !!!!

I screamed little louder that they heard it and ran towards me.
"What ? What happened ? R u ok?" Manbir unison.
"No.. I mean yeah I am ok. " I replied hesitantly.
Manik- "are you sure you are ok? I mean your eyes are looking little dull."
----Nandini pov----
"aiyappa yeh larka.. how he always read my mind??"

Nandini-" no.. its not like that. I am ok."
Manik- "okkk then Guys let's start practicing. Cabir buddy think of some tunes. "
Nandini-" by the way guys tomorrow we have to go for prop shopping. Remember ? "
"Ohh no man...!! " ManBir in unison
Nandini- "Yes it is."
Manik- "Koi jarurat nehi hai kahin jane ki. I will call my employee he will arrange everything. So chill guys. "
Cabir-"Ohh thanks Bro. Tune bacha liya, you r a savoir dude. "
Manik- " I love you too"

"Bromance"

I was literally getting irritated listing these two idiots. My face unknowingly turned into "what-the" frowns.
"Look kya de rahi ho.?" Manik asked me with his signature smrik.

Aaiyaapa what is this nonsense going?
Aur yeh manik... iske tantrums dekh k no one will say tht he is a school student only.

Manik- "Yeh look look k liye time nehi hai jyada. So let's start practicing. "
Nandini -"Like seriously?? Why. ? Cant your employees sing for you in the event. ?"
Manik and cabir gave me a confused "What? " look.
"Confused? Why.? When they can arrange the stuff s for you then why can't they also arrange singing for You?"
Manik understood my teasing points so he replied
" actually they can ..no no.. actually they have to do what I asked them to do. And about that performance. ..then don't u think no can beat Manik Malhotra. So how they will arrange alternative of 'The Manik Malhotra'.Am I right or I am right ?" And that very known self praising evilly smirked flushed on his face.

Aaiyaapa how someone be so attractive even when taking like a devil.

"Like kuch v. .." I frustratingly said.
"Manik ne galat kya kaha I mean when we have options then there is no point to use them. " Cabir tried to advocating Manik.
Nandini- "Guys we are students. It's our school projects. So don't you think that we supposed to behave like students not like the arrogant tantrum king (pointing manik). And Wasevi I have always wanted us to enjoy our school days like students. That's why I hated Manik's BMW in the previous days.. But when I told him to get a normal car. He bought an Audi a8. I know Manik the status you belong this car is like a normal one . But about this school event toh will we please do everything as students by ourselves?. "
Manik - " but Nandu..."
" I know Niyonika aunty wanted to make this event grand so we will take help from your employees only when we are in need of them ok.. so for now let's do it together. Trust me it will b fun."
Both Manik and Cabir were dumbfounded with my statements.
Then driving back their trances they said. "Baap re all India radio .. today u toh simply talked in a light speed"
Manik-" okk thanks for making me understand. Mujhe khud se Samajh jana chahiye tha. But thanks to you. Now we will do it ourselves together in MaNanBir style. Right guys "
And he stretched his long arms to us and shared a group hug.
We came back from his house at around 9pm.
In morning
I called Manik to wake him up
"Good morning. "
Manik -"Good morning sunshine"
"Sunshine. ?" I was confused.
Manik.-" Hmm in night u r shining star and day u r sunshine. .."
" wow.. impressive. . Today monster in different mode. All ok.?"
Manik -"Ummm no it was not ok till now but it seems to be ok from now on."
" What? " I was totally confused then.
Manik-"U will get to knw soon. but till keep on dreaming. Astalavista. "
He hanged up the call.

Aaiyaapa What was he saying ? Why I am feeling some strange vibes. Something good gonna be happen.
