Manik suddenly kissed my nose and quickly ran out to the downstairs leaving me all blushed. Trust me it was unexpected for me and I surprisingly loved it.
Then I took his cup and seeing his photo I said " you naughty monster" I again blushed hard.
I came to downstairs and I saw him playing video game.
His happiness was reflected in his face.
Both of we were happy with this sudden change.
I didn't wanted him to see my blushed red face. So I went downstairs and started reading my unfinished novel.
It was 9 pm when my mom returned from cabir's house with two large packets full of our dinner.
Mom asked Manik to come downstairs for dinner.
At the dinner table we stealthy keep glancing at each other.
After dinner he left for his home.

Aiyaapa he was so vulnerable form inside. He never shows his vulnerabilities to anyone even sometime to us also.
He has a pure heart.
And I will for sure protect this heart and it's purity.

I didn't know now a days whenever I m with her na I just changed. My desires are becm desperate. I tried to behave well in front of her but all I could is to landed up on her beauty.
I know something strange and deep is growing inside me. I am sure about that but I am little scared if this will take her apart from me. Then? How could I survive without her. Since my last 5 year's she is sunshine at day and star at night.
I wouldn't let anyone anything hurt her.

I don't know why but I think there is something wrong going between Manik and Nandini.
May b they fought again and in I-don't-want-to-talk-you phase..
But dude this time some thing is damm weird.

Next morning
Manik was getting ready for school when he heard someone knocked and pushed his room door . It ws Niyonika his mother.
Niyonika-"good morning Manik. What are you doing. ?"
Manik-"What. ? Can't u see m getting ready.?"
Niyonika-"well that I can see. But I am asking about the preparations of space anniversary. I wish you are taking it seriously. "
Manik - " do I have any choice without taking this as serious Mrs. Malhotra? ?
Niyonika smiled on her this aggressive son "well manik do u know I feel really proud when I found u as my reflection. U are as stubborn as me and ..."
Manik - " and aggressive heartless ." Manik said firmly.
Niyonika got little hurt of his words but being a business mother she didn't show up her feelings " well its quite acceptable. By d way let me inform you me and ur dad is going London for some meetings tonight. So on our absence take care of space and yourself too."
Manik - " Niyonika u don't need to worry about me. I can take good care of myself as I am taking last 15 year's "
Niyonika-"Manik. . M ur mom.."
Manik - (chuckled )" pls chuck it all and about that SPACE thing. Toh I am sure that they can take care of it as u are paying them. So stop irritating me showing fake concern about your only child and leave. I am getting late. "
As Niyonika left tears fell down from his eyes which he tried to hold from last 15 minutes.
"Mom ??seriously ??she is my mom. ?? Why this empire is more precious for them than me? They are taking care of me not as only their son but a heir of this huge empire. Some time I feel to elope.. "
"Baba"
His thoughts broke when he heard some one.
"What".
" baba apka breakfast. ?"
Manik was in no mood for breakfast. All he wanted to go and hug his only solace. So he said him " no. Not feel having now . I will have it in school. "
He then walked out from his room taking his school bag and guitar, got into the car and rushed towards cabir's home to pick him up.

I stepped out from my house hearing car honking. Cabir came forward to wish me good morning and hugged me. I hugged back with a smile. That time my mom called him inside to inquire about his relatives.
Then I turned to Manik to find him just staring at me helplessly. I didn't know I felt something wrong in his look. It was not about the new strange feeling but that old feared Manik whom I often faced. I then went near to him and gave a questioning look. He then hugged me .hugged me so tight. I know i might be sound crazy but trust me even I could sense the reason behind of his every kind of hugs.
As that time I felt that he was sad and that hug indicated that he was in fear of loosing something.
I knew what I had to do to calm him down. So following my own tricks I started patting his back . Then slowly broke the hug and cupped his face and cleaned his moist eyes with my thumb.
He was about to speak but I stopped him saying " no need to think about anything. I am with you . Cabir is with u. We are your family. So you have no need to feel alone when your family is around you. " he looked at me in disbelieve.
----Manik Pov - - -
How could you alwys manage to calm me down. U understood my unsaid words. U r d angel of my life. Yeah you are right I Don't need to worry when u guys my real family is around.

Cabir heard my words coming near to us and noticed manik' s pale face . He also understood Manik's sadness and said " yehhh... buddy. We are one family. One for all and all for one. "
Manik then happily hugged us saying " I know guys you are my family. I love you guys. "
Then after few minutes we broke the hug and cabir said " by d way ishchool jane ka hai ki nai. ?? You were right Nandu hamesa ish lamp post ke liya hum school jane se late ho jate hai."
" cabirrr kamine. ." Manik playfully hit him and we got into the car.
In manik's car
"It's a new day... New beginning..." Cabir was humming the song .
I was still dreaming of last night...Manik ' s talk .. The cute kisses...
And I started blushing. And a smile flushed on my face.
"Kya baat hai Mugambi... u r smiling woh v subha subha! !! "
Cabir noticed me.
Nandini -( being caught tried to cover up) "tohh.. so what. . Can't I smile. .?
Cabir - " off course u can. It's ur janam sidh adhikar. . But suddenly for no reason how. ?"
Nandini - " kyun can't I smile for no reason? Stop irritating me. And complete ur sleep"
"Okkk.. " Cabir said And leaned his head on the back.

Last night was one of the best night of my life. Thanks to my stars to blessed me with my own star my Nandu. I am feeling secured after her assurance that she will protect, me and shine for me Humesha.
But the fact is from that beautiful childhood night till last night she is Continuously protecting me.
She always shines for me.
I know we three r bffs. But for me they are my only family. Cabir my Bro my buddy and nandu. . My star. .my shield. .my soul..
Nandu I want to you to b my side forever and last night again you promised me to be with me Humesa...
( And he licked his lower lips and a cute smile appeared in his cute face )

Raghav sir called us in auditorium to discuss about the event.
"So guys I hope all u took a good sleep yesterday coz from today u will not able to sleep "
"Kyun sir? Mumbai me power cut hone wali hai. ? Pata hai humare Patna me v yehi hota hai Garmi k din rat ko na bijli chali jati hai.. Aur hum sab so nehi pate hai. " Navya said in panick.
All were started laughing.
"Well no my dear.. There wouldn't be a power cut but power loss . Yes guys u ve to work hard to make this event memorable and grand. So I wish that you have already started discussing your respective works with your partners."
All we were stayed silent.
"okk then I am taking this as a yes. Toh let's start with your work. We have only 7 days toh guys pull of ur shocks and be the force alive."
He was about to leave then again he turned " Manik and Nandini you guys start practicing along with your friends and off course with your allocated jobs."
And he left .
Abhi -"Guys let's go to d backyards"
Mukti - " why. ? Yahan kya problem hai.?"
Abhi - " Ohh kya hai na we will get better ideas in open sky. "
We all gave him a " like - really?" look.
Abhi - " ohhoo guys it's true. Let's go. "
Manik then said " let's get going guys even i am feeling suffocated here. "
No one denied almighty Manik Malhotra . So we pushed ahead.
All were busy with their works for the event.
Manik cabir and Abhi went to raghav sir as he asked them for cross checking the list we have prepared of props and arrangements.
Navya and I were just talking about the event and studies when I found her lost. I asked her but she didn't replied me anything.
So giving her some space I casually pulled manik ' s guitar which was lying on the floor beside me and started stroking the strings. Manik alwys used to carry his guitar with him.
"Nandini you know playing guitar" Navya asked.
Nandini - " no actually woh manik ..He taught me little bit. "
Navya - " Wohh ... Tum bohot lucky ho to get them in your life as a friend. "
Nandini - " Navya. Kya hua hai you looked so upset today . You consider me as your naa"
Navya - " no. I don't consider u as my friend but my best friend. "
I smiled on her simplicity.
Nandini- "Then u can share everything with me without any hesitation. And don't worry I won't judge you. "
She felt some relax and said " hum Jante hai you won't judge me as you like me. But..."
Nandini -"But what .? Pour your heart out yaar"
Navya - " but sab judge karte hai. Majak v urate hai. They made fun of my clothing..my two village type beards..my complexion... "
She stared crying.
"NAVYA. ..." I cupped her face "shhh.. stop crying. Why are you thinking that bullshits. It's not true. U r beautiful. U ve a good soul. Do you know the one who is beautiful from inside of heart is the actual beautiful. The one who dressed up in modern beautiful clothes is not real beautiful but fake."

And she got up to leave.
I then quickly took manik's guitar and started singing. .
