One impression I had after Ammu talked about what she did the past two years, I think at least in a fan fic I would be interested to know more about her through the two phases of her life - when she had to hold fort after Dad's business loss and the last 2 years. Sounds more interesting than what they showed.

Anyone would have woken up after they got stabbed, not someone else.. Kuch bhi..I think it was the shock factor. Murkh won't realize it's too late now for anything.

So Kaise team spent resources and shot exclusive Holi promo separately, much before actual Holi episodes shooting commenced. In that promo Rajeev was shown strangulating Amruta's neck with a chain, but team has shown that violent act of Rajeev already in nightmare of Nimmi in today's episode.

This can mean makers/writers have again changed script? so Rajeev's violent acts for Holi day that got shot outdoors might not be same as promo which will be shown in upcoming episode.
