I have to agree wtih T, on this Amal. He didn't exactly seem all fired up in exitement at the realisation that her wanted Kripa back. for some reason, I get the feeling that he somewhat mentally backed away from her yesterday.....but then, mind you, my mind was all fogged up with flu medication, so I could have been seeing things that were not there.
And then looking her in the eye he stated with extreme earnestness that he hadn't done it, and Kripa looking back at him replied simply that she knew and that she trusted him. And that right there ladies, is the problem; the root of the root and the bud of the bud of the trouble. That she has always placed her unwavering trust in just about everyone and everything apart from Angad.
This part seriously threw the prosepects of me getting a speedy recovery out the window. I was totally insenced about this woman and her rose tinted glasses when it comes to Prithvui. LADY, WAKE UP!!! This man ain't the paragon of virtue you make him out to be....he is in fact Lucifers apprentice!
....the policeman very kindly volunteered the information that Zaib had personally intervened with the Dubai police to clear up the misunderstanding; leaving Prithvi looking ready to fling himself at Zaib in gratitude and Kripa even more confused than ever.
O.k, so here I was hoping that Zaib would have left Prithvi to steam in jail for a lot longer than 1 day. At least a week, goodness knows he deserves much more than that.....What say? Or is it just my sadistic streak showing its pointy head.
The setting shifted to Angad's house and he was shown on the phone with someone, telling them to burn the proof that they had and then himself setting alight some papers. He let the burning papers drop from his hand and then stalked off to God knows where. Tut! Tut! Sweetheart, don't you know that that's a fire hazard if ever there was one. Oh, and also a dead giveaway of your nefarious plans if somebody should come calling.
So another pet peeve about yesterdays episode. Here we have a man who so successfully destroyed every trace of his former self and has everyone including his mother believing that he is Zaib, and yet he's so careless, not making sure that all evidence incriminating him in Prithvi going to jail, is properly destroyed. After all, he must have planned Prithvi's little "holiday" to jail in detail, and to be so careless.....It just doesn't gel!!!
The second set opened with Prithvi calling up Kripa to inform her that he was hosting a dinner that night at his club and asking her to be there.
Another thing........sorry Amal. I seem to be posting all my points of contention in your post.
Since when does Prithvi own a club. As far as I know he has an Event Management company....a company that had some financial difficulties the last time I checked so where did this classy club come from. Humph!!!
.....And from there on Zaib continued with his spiel of unashamed lies, with Kripa mentally amending them:
~Z: I'm always there for you Prithvi!
K: that's the problem; you are there.
~Z: I'm a part of your family.
K: you want to break up our family into parts.
I bow down to your telepathy skills. To actually know what was going on in Kripa's mind is no small feat. Dr Modi, move over, Amal is on her way. 😆
........So she does what she's best at……going running off to Angad to see what he's up to. Lol. Very interesting observation guys; for all Kripa's talk of her marriage and Angad's engagement; she's forever chasing him, unconsciously at least. And she's the one who's always ready to pop at his place at the drop of a hat. Fascinating, no?
Now, now Amal. I for one don't blame her. After all, the poor dear's day isn't complete without her eyes feasting on her beloved Angad.....heck, if he were mine I would be doing a great aound of...ahem....feasting of my own. 😆
So the little sparring was on as usual between these two.....
I don't know amal. I felt it was a very lackluster effort from Angad on this confrontation. He seemed to be softer on her....his words didn't hold their usual venom. I guess since it was the first time that he saw her after the big revelation at the post engagement party, andhe was taken aback....though he did try to make a valiant recovery by telling her he was goingto phone Mishty.
Kripa..... silently vowed to herself that she would get him to sing in his own voice.
I'm completely with Kripa on this point. I love Angad's true singing voice. Zaib's voice if Dumb Charades were anything to go by, was not suited fot someone with duch a deep, rich, sexy baritone. So, yeah, I want him to sing with his true voice. 😳
.......And also prompting Mishty to unsheathe her claws and sink them into Kripa, asking her nastily why she couldn't help out too, when everyone was working so hard to make this show a success.
Did you see Angad's reaction to Mishty's little tirade. The man was Irritated at her tone. it was all he could do to refrain form telling ther to shut up!!! Afterall, he is the only one with exclusitalk to Kripa that way. Any one else better not trespass!!!
Hai, I'm thinking that I should probably start emptying trays of ice cubes over my TV at regular intervals to ensure that it doesn't sizzle out with the heat.

Another point.....Isn't Prithvi in a partnership with Karthik in this management company. Would Karthik so easily forget all the humiliation at the hands of Mishty and Zaib, and so easily cough up financing for Zaib's concert??? I DON'T THINK SO!!!!
What I loved about the last scene, besides it being the only part orth redeeming in yesterdays episode, was that Kripa at least stood up to Angad this once. Usually she falters, she shrinks and he, in his typical fashion, steam-rolls all over her. Her standing up to him led to his challange, which works out perfectly for us, as the fight club just gets more heated when both are involved.
