Neighbour slaps Sujal's real-life wife

Zor ka jhatka...

A while back, the couple stayed in Flat 201 of Dheeraj Ganga Apartments, Malad (W).

Says an onlooker, who was present during the fight that followed, "It happened when a TV channel came to take Gurpreet (Sujal's) and Kanishka's interviews on the lawns of Dheeraj Ganga. Sadhana Rana, a society committee member, objected to this, as the couple had not taken the society's permission to shoot there.

This led to an altercation between Sadhanaji and Kanishka, which escalated into a fight. It ended with Sadhanaji giving Kanishka a tight slap. There was a heated argument, after which Kanishka stalked off."

Nobody can slap me!

When contacted, Kanishka said, "I don't want anyone to interfere in my life or talk about stupid things involving stupid people. You can carry on writing what you want. I love Gurpreet and he loves me and we are with each other."

Did this incident happen? "It's rubbish! We don't know anything about this fight. Do you think anybody can slap me? There is nobody today who can stand in front of me and raise a finger on me! I have been like this since I was a child. I don't know anybody called Sadhana Rana, I never spoke to anybody and nobody has the guts to slap me!"

Sujal speaks

Earlier, when we had contacted Gurpreet, he had told us, "Are you talking about the Zoom incident that happened?" Then, the actor tried to retract. "Hamara koi jhagda nahin hua. I don't know about any Sadhana Rana or any fight taking place."

Says Sadhana, "Yes, there was an argument between Kanishka and me, but there was no slapping incident."
