Chapter 35

Maithili was a little apprehensive about this party, as she had never been to such disco parties especially wearing such clothes.

Loud music beats as Maihtili reaches the disco with tannu by her side. Her eyes blow open when she sees the atmosphere. She sees half-naked girls clinging on to boys and dancing provocatively.

In the middle, she sees adi, singing and all the girls swooning over him. She looks at him in disgust as she moves to a corner. Adi's eyes fall on Maihtili. He stops for a second and stares at her. She looked so beautiful in that black mini dress. Her hair loose and eyes down, she looked so innocent, so unaware and so inexperienced. He smirked at this…

He puts an arm round maithili's waist and pulls her towards him, still dancing to the beat..

"woooooooooohhhhhhh" adi cheered as the song ended and chugged down a shot of vodka.

Maithili was somewhat frozen after being on the receiving end of all of adi's kisses.

M: adi…she shouted over the music, but he couldn't hear her.

She pulled him into a corner and leaned closer so she could yell in his ear.

She noticed adi was drunk, as he couldn't even stand on his feet properly. She leaned closer ot yell at him but he held her waist and sunk his head burying it between her neck and shoulders. He slowly kissed her shoulders and neck.

M: adi stop it!! She yelled pusing him away

He had a strange effect on her. If any other man had kissed her the way he did, she'd surely slap him left right left, but with adi, she couldn't even raise her hand on him.

Its only because he's my fianc!! She reminded herself, but he touch seemed so chilling. She actually thought she was enjoying the dance until she realised what she was thinking…

M: adi!! Pull your self together!! Stop it!

Adi slowly lifted his head..

A: oh maithili..?? he sheepishly said.

She rolled her eyes.

M: you're drunk!!! Come home!!

A: ok!! Adi began walking but maithili pulled him back..

No no…he can't go home like this…shikhar dad will be mad at him…

Maihtili dragged adi to where Bharat was dancing. She whacked Bharat's head..

B: ow!!

M: take care of your brother while I arrange something!

Maithili went off to see the hotel manager.

Meanwhile, adi stumbled off ot ht ebar. He had a few more shots till a girl came and sat nex tot him..

"hi adi.." she said. Adi grinned and looked up.

A: hi garima…

He smirked and touched her chin…

A: haven't seen you in a while..

Garima smiled. Adi stumbled and his head landed on her shoulder..

G: adi..you're drunk…I'll take you to a room upstairs…

Garima took adi to her hotel room and placed him on the bed.

She called bharat..

G: bharat…I've put adi in my room… MY ROOM she yelled because it seemd bharat couldn't hear her over the music..

B; ok…

Garima turned round to find adi standing up behind her.

Adi advanced his steps and cornered her.

Garima looked a little apprehensive..

G: umm…adi..

A: shhh… he said placing a finger over her lips.

His head sunk to her shoulder where he placed kisses on it.

Garima closed her eyes and clenched her fist.

Maihtili came ot bharat..

M: where's adi??

B: oh…he..he;s in a room..

M: oh…who took him, and what room?

B: I don't know…all I heard was hotel room..

M: uff!!

B: you don't worry! Go home!! I'll handle it!!

Maihtili rolled her eyes and left the club.

G: adi..listen..

Garima closed her eyes. She felt weak in the knees..

G: adi you're drunk…she meekly whispered, but adi paid no heed to it.

In the morning, adi woke up shirtless. He looked around confused..

A: how did I get here?

He muttered he looked around and didn't remember anything, he couldn't understand anything..

He had a massive hang over and clutched his head.

His phone rang and he picked up..

A: hello…. He muttered.
