CHAPTER 5
Pranay and Mallishka
Mallishka stood with her back to pranay pretending to sob. Pranay always had a soft spot for her even though he hated her…but he hated to see her cry…I hate to see anyone cry he tried to convince himself…
P: Mallishka….what happened?? You're crying…
M: its..its nothing…
P: tell me…what happened
Mallishka continues to sob… "you know there is a unit test tomorrow, I'm going to fail in that…because I don't have notes for it."
P: ask Adi…he'll have notes
M: adi…adi wont have notes because he bunked that lesson and he behaved rudely when I asked him for notes. Please Pranay help me…
P: um…ok I'll give you my notes…
He turned her round and wiped her tears… "don't cry…its ok.." Mallishka's heart drowned by the sympathy he showed her. Pranay gave her the notes and real tears came out of her eyes… she hugged him tightly…
Pranay was shocked. Mallishka released and wiped her tears….
M: I'm sorry…you'll find out…here are your notes…
She went away leaving Pranay completely stunned
Meanwhile bharat slowly crept into Pranay's room and started displacing all the neatly piled files and books…bharat threw the pillows around and messed the bed sheets…, he put honey on the sofa seats and scribbled on his notes

Maithili and Adi…
M: ahem…she cleared her throat
Adi looked up reluctantly…
A: what??
M: i...i need to talk to you
A: yea…he said sipping his bear casually
M: I…I want you to come to the garden…to talk privately...you need to help me!!!
Adi had an expression of shock on his face…
A: You!!! Need help!!! From me?!?!?!
M: yes..you see…maithili sat next to adi…I need to tell you my heart's feelings
Adi looked extremely freaked out…WHAT????
M: adi…she said edging closer to him…I…I
Before she could complete her sentence Adi interrupted: STOP!!! I don't want to hear the words!!!!
He got up. Maithili got up too
M: why adi...why??? mujhme kami kya hai??
Adi looked almost disgusted…I…I hate you!!!!
M: nafrat, pyaar mein badal gaya hai adi!!! I love you!!!
Adi now looked like he would puke….go away!!! Just go away!!!
Maithili pretended to cry and shed fake tears…she turned round and had her hand over her mouth trying the control her laughter…she had held back adi for a long time now and went away

While Maithili spoke to Adi, bharat had managed to go into his room and spray shaving foam under adi's sheets and pour honey on the bed. He replaced the shampoo and liquid soap with chocolate sauce and oil. Bharat also turned off the taps from the basement so no running water would come out.

Adi, still in wonder of what maithili had told him, went into his room and sat himself on the bed…he didn't notice anything wrong with it until he completely lay down on it and tucked himself under the sheets…
Thoughts of maithili shifted as he felt a sticky feeling under him…
A: aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh adi jumped up and rushed to the bathroom…he stripped off his shirt and jumped into the shower cursing under his breath "bharat you dog!!" he turned on the taps and water started trickling, he put shampoo and soap on his body ,he felt his hair sticky…the taps stopped… "BHARAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Adi got out of the shower and out into the coridoor where he met Pranay in the same state…both boys had whipped cream and shaving foam on their body and honey and oil on their face and hair.
They were joined by Shikhar, Mayuri, Prem and Shruti all laughing their heads off. Maithili, Tannu and Mallishka stepped in front with cameras to take photos….Bharat stood furthest away and smirked…
Adi and Pranay knew Bharat was involved In this somewhere…
Adi: BHARAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Pranay: YOU WAIT TILL WE'RE CLEAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Mayuri was laughing so much, "bh…bharat…turn on the taps…."
Bharat obeyed and the boys cleaned themselves

After dinner the boys went into their rooms, which were already cleaned by the maids. Both the houses are opposite each other so from adi's room you can see maithili's room
From Pranay's room you can see Mallishka's room
Form bharat's room you can see Tannu's room.
Adi went to his balcony and maithili went to her balcony…both the balcony's out stretched quite a bit so both of them could talk to each other as if they were having a conversation.
Maithili was still laughing… "you..you thought i..i'd love you…ha ha ha ha me…and love you!!! Ha ha ha"
Adi just got enraged and closed the curtains

Pranay looked out of his balcony…
P; Mallishka…is this why you cried and...and I fell for it…
M: pranay really…
P: I'll make it a point, never to trust you again you …you…
M: no Pranay, really I cried I just didn't know you'd be so nice..so i..i though of warning you
P: hell you did!!!! you stuck-up cow!!!
M: huh!!! How dare you!!!! You monkey…donkey…toad…pig!!! I really was being nice to you but now I say forget that I ever hugged you!! Because nothing like that will happen ever again!!!! GOODNIGHT!!!!!!!!!!
Saying so Mallishka closed her curtains.
