I can't get u ..

I don't support abuse in any form mental or physical .for me mental abuse gives much more pain than physical .

Yes I know there r certain psycos out there .one day they will hit u and another 4 days they shower love .yes I know those type of stories.breaking up from them is must but it's hard for emotionally weak spouses

But what Rohit did while drunk we can't call it abuse.yes he hurt her but he was drunk ..

If he repeats the pattern every day drinking and hurting for the pleasure of it then I will call it abuse

If I hit my child ..here hitting means not beating black and blue ..once rarely bcos of some blunder my child did am I A abuser no .but if I start hitting often for every small mistake then I am a abuser .in fact this same lines as pronounced by a judge in USA court

When divorced couple mom said that as the reason. To revoke visitation rights of dad judge dismissed the petition

.

In that star dust interview zeenat did not say mazhar hit her while in marriage and that's why she is divorcing

What she said was after she filed petition and she started living with her bf .. her hubby and sis in law instigated her own child against her and her own son and sis in law came and abused her and her bf

It's my own sis in law case .it's not a case I read in paper .

The boy ..i.e.my sis in law son ..complained in court but judge did not consider dad as abuser

My sis in law made her son complain bcos of vengeance against her hubby .of course he might have hit that boy once just like us when vexed rarely give a slight slap on back of our children

But my sis in law hubby he is not a bad guy .in fact he is a good guy

I expressed surprise over the judgement but my sis who stays in USA for so many years said they won't revoke visitation rights until they find abusive signs on body ..or after psychiatric and counsellors assessment of the boy ..and that means only repeat abusing .

My sis and her hubby went as jurors for some cases .so she has idea
