No no case can be filed against her for the statement she made in India. Her statement was merely an opinion based on half baked information again imparted by a very partial and agenda driven media.

Also whaat she said was not an opinion it was a pure speech of hatered and violates not only the if rules but also the fundamental rights of every muslim!

No you should not hear anything against muslims or for that matter any religion or ethnicity. I admire your spirit and the desire to do the right thing. All I was trying to say is when we loose cool we make mistakes especially in an argument. A calculated response is always better than an uncalculated reaction. Don't you think?

I have argued 1000s of times with her and people who know me or have interacted with me in the forum knows that neither i have been rude nor disrespecting to anyone or anything even if i disagree but there is a limit to cheapness! Yess i still don't feel sry because what she said was much much bigger than what i said! And knowing her i know she would be back with the same non sense again!

If it would have been anyone else or even if it was a comment made by me on some other argument she posted(related to show orr smth)..i would have sutely apologised!

I do not know that woman or you either. I have read her statements and rebutted them always for in my opinion her statements are based on half baked info.

I am a practicing lawyer, I know what I am saying.

You dont need to apologize my dear. Nor am I saying that you have misbehaved all I am saying is you can put forth a more sorted and accurate response if you keep cool. Just a practical tip that is it. I am not blaming you for anything I do understand you felt ambushed.

@ bold Red London Bridge attack last week was carried out by a muslim Usman Khan who was a convict charged of terror plotting and was under rehab and was on probation.

Equating Varuni to Hitler was quite out of the mark. I am very sure she has not established organised machinary to wreck havoc on a specific community. This accusation was way out of methaphorical league also.

Sorry maybe we have totally different opinions about someone so it's better if we agree to disagree. I have stated that her thought processes and the way she looks at a certain community matches that of the named individual and sorry but I do not take it back. Maybe she hasn't organised machinary but her language is such that it indicates similar mentality. Saying that the entire community is bad because of the deeds of others was way out of the line too and it was not an accusation it was my belief. The way she showed her hatred, sorry to say but it was much bigger than what I said.

Thank you for correcting the fact about the London Bridge attack and also for stating the names of the non Muslim organisation to correct the a false claim.
