~*Part 3*~
-Kaajjal is crying in Devs arms and hes saying nothings going to happen to you,Im proud of you for what you did.
-The police goes upto both of em and says Miss.Kaajjal Bhel needs to come to the Police Station with us. Kaajjal starts panicking and says but I didnt do anything!!! Im innocent!! Dev calms her down and says Nothing is going to happen to you, there just going to ask you some questions,right officer? The cop nods.
-Dev has his hand on Kaajjals shoulder and drives her to the Police Station. The cops are talking to Kaajjal and Dev is wth her. They tell her that Amisha and Veer are denying the whole thing, so to prove that they are guilty you are going to have to go court and fight a case against them.
-Kaajjal looks down and says I know your telling the truth, and the person who speaks the truth always end up winning in the end. Kaajjal agrees and asks when is she going to have to fight this case?? The cop says Decemer 12 *Kaajjals Birthday*. I made up the day 😳 . Kaajjal dosent mention her Birthday, she says ok and walks out.
-Dev says come, Ill take you home. Kaajjal is quiet in the car, and Dev tells her not to be afraid. She says Im not afraid bout Whats gonna happen to me, Im afraid I wont win and will be known as a liar.
-Dev tells her You wont lose,cause Faith only sides with honesty. Kaajjal says maybe your right. Kaajjal reaches home and Bua sees both of em. She invites Dev in for tea but Dev sweetly refuses, but she keeps on insisting and he finally agrees. Kaajjal tells Bua that her court case on December 12 and Bua says what? on your birthday? Dev looks up and says Birthday? Kaajjals dad says that so unfair, having a court case on ur own Birthday.
-Kaajjal stays quiet and says idc if its on my Birthday, I only care about winning. Dev thinks to himself and says O god, but what if Kaajjal does lose, thisll crush her and ruin her Birthday. and what am I going to get her?? Dev is confused and says ok Ill take your leave now. Bua thanks him for everything he has done and he says plzz dont embaress me like that, I was only doing my duty.
-Dev arrives home and talks to Mom and Aunt. He says Kaajjals court case is on her Birthday and I dont want her to lose it and ruin her Birthday. Mom and Aunt are happy to see his concern for her and aunt says forget all that, have you decided what to get her? Dev says its been two years since Ive gotten a girl a gift for her Birthday. Bua tells him to try to forget his past and think bout his present and future. Mom tells him not to worry and that she and aunt will go shopping with him so they can find the perfect gift for her. Dev thanks them and goes to his room.
-Kaajjal and Dev are both in their rooms and their both thinking bout each other. Kaajjal thinks bout how worried and concerned Dev was for her and Dev thinks bout how she cried on his chest and how he took her into his arms, and how pretty she looked in that salwar kamiz he brough for her. Dev closes his eyes and all he can see is Kaajjal. He opens them and says why cant I stop thinking bout her? Why is her thoughts always inside my head? Its official, IM IN LOVE WITH KAAJJAL.
-Dev smiles and thinks back to every moment he spent with Kaajjal and says I LOVE YOU KAAJJAL.

-Dev is saying I LOVE YOU KAAJJAL I LOVE YOU KAAJJAL on and on and mom and aunt here him. They do a interrupting cough and Dev looks scared but they just keep on laughing. Aunt yells I KNEW IT!! I KNEW YOU HAD FEELINGS FOR KAAJJAL!! Mom has a big smile on her face nd kisses Dev on the forehead and say Im really happy for you.
-Dev says I cant believe after two years Ive met someone whos dearest to my heart and someone I can actually say I love. Aunt says awwwwwww that is so Devdas!!😆 and Dev blushes. Mom says ok now that your officially in love with her, have you decided what to get her? Dev looks confused and says actually I was wondering if I can go shopping alone and choose the gift out myself. Just to see if I know Kaajjals taste.
-Aunt and mom have no objection and says of course you can, just make sure you come home soon, so we can make plans fr Kaajjals Surprise birthday party. Dev smiles and says Im nothing without you two and hugs both of them. Aunt and Mom are happy to see Devs attitude changing towards them.
-Ok its shopping day and Dev is ready lookin all sexy in a black shirt and jeans.MAASHALLAH!! I CAN JUST IMAGINE HIM!! Ok so yea hes ready and all decides to leave but takes Aunt and Moms blessing before he leaves. Aunt and Mom talk bout how pyaari Kaajjal is and they talk bout how they want Kaajjal to be the youngest Daughter In law of the house. and they have a "MOMENT" imagining how Kaajjal would be if she becomes the Daughter in law of the house.
-Dev is shopping and buys a beautiful diamond set for Kaajjal, but thinks its not enough and it wont ressemble the love he has for her so he decides to buy her an expensive Sari and a dozen roses. Dev is walking around and he sees a 95,000 rupees Sari and decided to buy it. As hes buying it he imagines how Kaajjal will look in it. His face lights up with love as he imagines her. Dev is done shopping and heads home for Kaajjals surprise Bithday party preparations.
-Aunt and Mom have half of the preparations done and tell Dev all about em. Dev likes their ideas and says WE NEED TO MAKE THIS PARTY SPECIAL!!! and Ive decided to tell Kaajjal I LOVE HER on her Birthday. Mom and Aunts face lights up with happiness and give a long awww its gonna be so magical!! Dev blushes and says but how am I going to do it. Moms and Aunts voice goes on mute as there telling him how to do it. Dev has a big smile on his face and says THATS A GREAT IDEA!!THANX!!
-Dev thinks to himself I cant wait till tomorrow! Im finally going to admit my love to Kaajjal!! and he jumps on his bed like a regular Aashiq!!
-Kaajjals thinking to herself, bout how shes gonna tell Dev she loves him. She thinks of all these ideas but she isnt able to think any.*BTW THAT NIGHT BETWEEN KAAJJAL AND DEV NEV HAPPENED!! YA KNOW WHEN DEV WASNT IN HIS SENSES ND TOLD HER HE LOVED HER*. She ys aww forget it, I bet he dosent love me anyway.
-Its the day of the court case and its Kaajjals Birthday. Kaajjal is wearing a lovely pink salwar kamiz and has her hair down. She talks to Gannu Bhaiya and says Gannu Bhaiya, plzz let me win this case, not for Devs trust but for the justice and sake of all those poor peoples lives who died.*RELIGIOUS/PRAYER MUSIC COMES ON*. Kaajjal walks out of her room and Bua,Papa, and Hottie jump in front of her and wish her Happy Birthday. They have a family moment and Dev walks in wearing a pink shirt,and a white coat; matching Kaajjals salwar kamiz. Dev and Kaajjal walk upto each other and Dev gives her a bouquet of pink roses.*I KNOW I KNOW TOO MUCH PINK!!😆*
-Kaajjal Blushes and says Thank you very much. Dev says your looking very pretty today morning and Kaajjal turns as red as a cherry.*I THINK SUMONE NEEDSTO ADD SOME MORE FOUNDATION TO HIDE ALL THAT BLUSH* Hottie runs upto both of em with a camera and says Do you both mind if I take a picture of both of you? Dev says no,I dont how bout you? Kaajjal says no,I dont mind either. Kaajjal and Dev stand next to each other and Dev puts his hand around Kaajjal. Kaajjal and Dev BOTH like it. Hottie takes a snap and says awww kya jodi hai yaar!! Dev and Kaajjal both blush. Dev says shall we go? Court starts at 10 and its already 9:30 am. Kaajjal says O ok, yea lets go. Dev,like a true gentlemen opens Kaajjals door for her.
-Kaajjal and Dev arrive at court and while walking in,Kaajjal slips in a lil puddle and falls into Devs arms and the whole area stops, and there hearts skip a beat, and they look into each other eyes
