Part 5
-Kaajjal is in Devs arms and they look into each others eyes.Kaajjal blushes and says Dev Sir, can you please let me go? Dev comes back in to his senses and lets her go. He looks happy and says shall we?
-Kaajjal and Dev both walk into the court room and the case starts with the lawyer on Veers side asking Kaajjal alot of questions. Kaajjal remembers Devs words and closes her eyes. The lawyer starts questioning her and Kaajjal starts tearing up and answers the questions calmly.
-The lawyer non stop is hassling her and says or maybe your just lying to win Mr.Dev Pratap Singh's love!! Dev yells out BAAS!!! STOP ASKING HER ALL THIS NONSENSE!! Leave Kaajjal alone and ask her questions that has to do with this case!! Mom and Aunt calm Dev down and Kaajjal keeps looking down.
-Kaajjal's lawyer asks to bring Amisha t the box. Amisha is shaking but she act like shes all that in a bag of chips. Kaajjals lawyer starts hassling her but Amisha lies and answers calmly. Then they ask to bring Veer in the box. The lawyer brings out Veers coat and says whats the meaning of the blood on this coat? Veer is petrified and says I got hurt, and the judge says o, you got hurt so badly that blood got all over your coat?
-Dev and Kaajjal smile, knowing that there gonna win this game but Amisha looks scared. Then they bring Veer and Amishas friends from the party and they tell them that this is the same coat Veer wore to their party AKA the night of the accident. Veer looks like he has been betrayed and looks disgusted. Then they bring a man who works at a local shop near the accident and he says that he knew that one this would become a case so he recorded Amisha and Veer.
-The tape showed Amisha trying to stop Veer to taking that man to the hospital and how Amisha and Veer ran from the accident. The whole Singh faily is disgusted and are mad t know that they both lied and they feel guilty for doubting Kaajjal. The case is over and Veer and Amisha get sentenced to jail.
-Kaajjal is outside the court room,thanking god for helping her win this case. Bua,Hottie,and Papa hug Kaajjal and congratulate Kaajjal. Dev walks in and congratulates Kaajjal but Kaajjal thanx him for his help and thanx him for stopping the lawyer from asking her all those questions. Dev says NP I could see from your face that you werent able to bear them.
-Devs family comes upto both of them and congratulates Kaajjal for winning and compliments her bravery. They also apologize to Dev bout everything they said. Dev says NP Im juss happy to see the truth out in the open.
-Dev does a lil cough to Aunt and Mom and they say O yea we almost forgot.All of you please come to our house tonight to celebrate Kaajjal's birthday. Kaajjal is speechless and tries to say something but Dev says please with his eyes sparkling 😳*HAILA I CAN JUST PICTURE IT!!!!!!* Kaajjal says since your asking so nicely, how can I refuse? We all will definately come.
-Aunt and Mom both do a cough and Dev says O yea, I almost forgot too, heres a Sari for you. I would like you to wear it tonight. Kaajjal loves it and Hottie says WOW KAAJJAL ITS BEAUTIFUL!! IM SURE YOULL LOOK GORGEOUS IN IT!! AND DEV SAYS YEA ME TOO. Kaajjal bkushes and says sure, Id love to wear it. Everyones happy and Aunt and Mom say Ok then tonight 7:00 pm. Please come on time. Kaajjal says of course we will and leave.
-Dev is bothering Aunt and Mom and keeps on saying come on come on we have to make the preparations perfect!! Mom says Dev, the party starts in 6 hours!! We have plenty of time!! Dev says no no no first its 6 hours, then 6 minutes, then 6 seconds!! Aunt says ok go in the garden and make sure everythings finished there. Dev says ok and leaves.
-He goes inside the garden and sees a big collage of red roses saying Happy Birthday Kaajjal in white roses. Dev smiles and says I hope she likes it. He decides to go take a shower. Ok so Devs all fresh and hott looking in his wet hair and thinks bout the time him and Kaajjal were in the rain and how Kaajjal fell into his arms, then he thinks bout morning and says I LOVE YOU KAAJJAL.
-*ITS PARTY TIME!!* Ok so Mom Dev and Sunt are waiting for Kaajjal and she finally arrives with her family and sees the collage of roses saying Happy Birthday Kaajjal.Mom Aunt and Dev turn off the lights and yell SURPRISE!! as Kaajjal walks in. Kaajjal yells out of Excitement and everyone starts clapping. *BTW HOTTIE PAPA AND BUA ALSO KNEW BOUT THE PARTY😉*
Kaajjal hugs everyone and then hugs Dev. They have the longest hug and look like they dont wanna let each other go.
-They finally let each other go and they start blushing. Kaajjal starts cutting her cake and feeds everyone. Then she feeds Dev. Dev holds onto her hand as she feeds him. Bua and Aunt say OK OK EVERYONE NOW ITS TIME TO GO IN THE GARDEN TO LOOK AT THE FIRE WORKS. Kaajjal smiles and theres one firework that says Happy another saying Birthday another saying Kaajjal and finally the last one saying DEV LOVES YOU.
-Kaajjals eyes light up and everyone is shocked seeing the firework. Dev comes out with a microphone on stage and says Yes, you all saw correctly. I LOVE YOU KAAJJAL!! Kaajjal tears up and Dev spreads out his arms. Kaajjal runs upto him and they both end up hugging in front of everyone!! Every body starts clapping and have tears of Joy in there eyes.
