Gannu Bhaiya:
(Lord Ganesha), Plays a very important role, Kaajjal the main patroginist of the show addresses him as Gannu Bhaiya, they share a Beautiful relationship, as any bro he takes care of her sis, whenever she is in trouble, he makes sure tht her sapno ka rajkumar or soulmate Dev Pratap Singh comes to her rescue….Now Dev also has started addressing him as Gannu Bhaiya…
Kaajjal Behel:(Surveen Chawla)
A young,Beautiful.Vivacious,chirpy,simple girl from Masoori, who was an apple of eye of everyone when she lived at Masoori, always loved by one and all, her simplicity makes her stand out frm others.Always kept on dreaming about her Prince Charming, found him in the most unexpected way and also their first meeting was special.The eyes spoke,though later on he became her saviour and whenever she used to fall into soup he used to come as her saviour.She wins RJ hunt and comes to Mumbai and works as a RJ for Radiocity who is headed by Mr.Dev Pratap Singh(her Rajkumar).Destiny Brings Dev and Kaajjal together and and she falls in Love with Dev…..that was destined to happen.
Dev Pratap Singh: (Apoorva Agnihotri) A Young,handsome, rich debonair,Main patroiniginist.When he was introduced he appeared as the arrogant,brash,rude person, but later on as the story got unfolded, it was revealed tht he is a ,like a coconut, tough from outside and soft inside, he has a heart of a Gem and is a very nice person,he very well knws the difference between right and wrong and he has a bitter past, which has wounded his heart and due to which he is so arrogant ,brash , inshort hard frm outside.He actually gets into the game of Up manship when he meets Kaajjal in Masoori, but later on he always comes as her saviour and saves her falls into the Pit.He always takes honest decision and is rude to his mother, Nayantara Pratap Singh, though it seems that he loves her , he is close to his Panna chachi, Raghuvarendra chachi.Kaajjal has made a special place in his heart,he knows that she loves but he is scared of his destiny ,as he thinks whoever he loves or has been closed to,destiny took them away from them………….He is very close to and shares a special bond with Bimmo Bua.
KAAJJAL's Family
SatyaPrakash Behel: Kaajjal's father, loves his daughter a lot, he was a principal of the school in Masoori and now after he came to Mumbai, he has got a similar job in school.Misses his wife who died long back leaving small Kaajjal with him.A very protective father ,as he doesn't want to see Kaajjal getting hurt or her dreams being shattered.He persuaded Kaajjal to take up the RJ job in Mumbai, and to achieve her dream.
Bimmo Bua: He is Kaajjal's bua and a motherly figure for her.She has her trade mark Sharmila tagore gogs,which she loves a lot.She shares a special bond with Kaajjal and Dev both.She knows the fact that there is certaining something brewing between Kaajjal and Dev………
Hottie & Shortie:Kaajjal's childhood friends,both of them care for Kaajjal a lot, they knows Kaajjal loves Dev ,and they keep teasing her.Hottie is a style diva while, Shortie is cute and her passion is eating.The trio were always together and surely symbolize what is true friendship all abt.
DEV'S FAMILY
Nayantara Pratap Singh(Rati Agnihotri):Rich,Famous Industriallist who has worked hard and taken her business high up the sky.Her Husband died long back and she had to take over the business,She was not able to give enough time to her family .She has three sons, Karan Pratap Singh,Veer Pratap Singh and Dev Pratap Singh.Karan and Veer are happily married. Dev is her youngest son and her biggest worry,she loves him a lot, inspite of his arrogance,she prays to god that Dev gets his smile back.She likes Kaajjal and knows abt the fact that Kaajjal has made a special place in Dev's heart.
Raghuvendra Pratap Singh: Dev's Chacha, he handles the business with Nayantara Pratap Singh.He loves Dev and also like everyone wants to see him happy.
Panna Pratap Singh: Dev's Chachi, she has been a motherly figure to Dev and Dev listens to her and respects her a lot.He shares his heart out with his Panna chachi.Panna also knws abt the special bond between Dev and Kaajjal.She wants to see them together.
Karan Pratap Singh: ( Rohit Bakshi): Nayantara Pratap Singh's eldest Son, Mature,Carring, has his own separate business, take guidance from his mom, and wants to see his brother Dev.
Nandini Pratap Singh:Karan's Beautiful,simple and charming wife.Always supports her husband and cares about the family.She wants her family to be happy always.She likes Kaajjal.
Veer Pratap Singh: Karan's Younger Brother, he is quite influenced by his wife and is against Dev, He is definetly a nice guy from heart but his wife Amisha always tries to manipulate him.
Amisha Pratap Singh: She is Veer's wife, typical vamp, she is having a high Ego problem. She hates kaajjal and always thinks to making Kaajjal's wife horrible by creating new troubles for her or always trying to get her into soup.
Dhruv- Dev's best Friend,Dev and Dhruv have a special bond of friendship. He comes back in India in search of a Perfect Bride and Falls in Love with Kaajjal.
Other characters:
Jenny: She is Kaajjal's collegue who became her friend, she works in radiocity and is a nice person. She always supports Kaajjal.

Anupam: Dev's Friend who understands him and wants see him happy.

Concept
Kaajjal Sab Ki Ankhon Main bassi is a love story of two completely opposite people, Kaajjal a young chirpy girl from Massoori and A famous rich industrialist of Mumbai Dev Pratap Singh, it's Kaajjal and Dev's Journey, Their trials and tribulations and the basic theme is a Beautiful love story.
