It's got to be a bummer when the follow-on episodes are available here while you're watching Brij. If you follow the forum, you'll see that now the Devika secret has been completely revealed here, and they are preparing to go back to Sushma. Here is the promo of what they plan to show, maybe next week or beyond.

At any rate, if you're not following things here, don't want to spoil it for you.

At any rate, my original comment was re: the relationship b/w the TRPs, and what they show. When they show Brishma, the TRPs tanks - most viewers aren't interested in those losers anyway, so when we are force-fed them, we tend to tune off. This also seems to be done by the channel - when this was going on, there were some weekends when there were no Jyoti week-long reruns (on Sundays, they show the episodes that ran that week). But when they switch back to Suday, their TRPs soar. This ought to tell the creatives that this is the aspect of the story that viewers find most captivating, but they don't leave it for long. To an extent, I can understand why - the serial wouldn't last too long once the Suday romance culminated, but filling it up w/ losers like Brishma and Padma doesn't do them any good.
