That was temporary, and already past. Already, MN&G, Pratik, as well as Pankaj & Jyoti have accepted Sudha as the new bahu in the family, and since Jyoti succeeded in getting Uday back, her stock is back w/ all but CM. Also, since MN&G saw that the price tag for not accepting Sudha was losing Uday along w/ her, they accepted the marriage, and since then, Sudha has managed to endear herself to them so far. There doesn't seem to be any residual misgivings, unless MN&G hold Sudha responsible for Minal's expulsion from her sasural, which they wouldn't, since they know about the Sudha/Devika issue.

Also, CM wants to bring Sudha to the same parties that the family attends, albeit for nefarious reasons. But to do that, even she'll have to pretend that she's accepted Sudha, even if she hasn't, and if Sudha does nothing at the party to embarrass anyone, then that plot of hers too would be foiled. Besides, CM seems to hate Jyoti more than anything else, and if Brij does anything that reduces Jyoti's popularity and distances her from Pankaj, CM will be very happy. Even though she will still not accept Sudha, she won't focus on it either, since a much bigger fish is there to fry.

Bottom line: Sudha's marriage won't be the cause of any more family tension, just tension b/w CM/Minal vs Jyoti/Sudha.
