The moment his lips touched hers,a furious Meera moved her lips away from under his and shoved at Prithvi,with all the strength born of sheer terror,and Prithvi moved away.
"How dare you?!"She spat out at him.
"Listen-"Prithvi tried to apologize,but a livid Meera was not in the mood to listen to anything or anyone.
Tears of frustration and rage begin pouring down her eyes,as she unsuccessfully tried to stop them and also hide them from Prithvi at the same time.
Prithvi watched on helplessly,not knowing what to do or how to reassure the girl,when he himself was dumbstruck and ashamed of what he had just done.
Rubbing away her tears fiercely,she turned to leave,was halfway across the room,when she suddenly stopped.Slowly she turned around and fixed a last seething look at him,her tear streaked wet eyes glistening like jewels in the moonlight.
"I will never forgive you for this!Never!"She told him furiously and ran out of the room,the same way she had come.
A guilt stricken Prithvi quietly walked upto the window,his face a ravaged mask of unbearable pain and anguish,and watched her flight across the moonlit garden...While her last parting words,her tear brightened eyes,and her shattered expression viciously tore at his conscience...


Sunlight filtered into the room through the white curtains,as Prithvi woke up to the sounds of birds chirping...As his eyes adjusted to the bright morning light,initially he got a shock at finding himself in such a strange bed and room,but then recollection came.
He was in Baragaon,where it had all begun,he remembered,and he had come here to fulfill his promise...Following this memory,came other memories,the memories of last night...Something which had begun like a fairy tale,with a fairy coming into his room on a moonlit night,had ended up in a nightmare,just because of him and his loss of control!He clenched his jaw and his hands closed in a tight fist,in fury at himself.His anger at himself knew no bound.
"Oh!What did I do?!"He groaned out loud,covering his face with his hands in frustration.
"How could I behave like that?!"He muttered to himself.

Finally getting back his bearings,he took a long deep breath.
I will make it upto her.He decided determinedly.
Whatever it takes,I will make it upto her...
But the last thing on Prithvi's mind,as he got freshened up was,
But she felt so wonderful in my arms...That fragrance,that fragrance of hers will keep haunting me all my life...Those eyes...And those lips...

Prithvi was out jogging and crossing a lonely stretch of road by the jungle,when he saw the car.He was about to pass it by,when he saw a man,who looked like a goon from his appearance,pointing a gun at someone inside the car..And someone,who looked like a driver was tied to a nearby tree...
Now completely alert,Prithvi stayed out of sight of the goon,and quietly watched his actions from his hiding place.
The goon opened the car door,and forced a man out of the car,at gun point.
"If you try to act smart,I'll blow your brains out,right here!"The goon sneered at the man...
