But I will say this Lashy, where you left AMK at the end of C52, it will be superhuman if I see him standing up in C53. To maintain the reality of the situation it has to look realistic, the healing process has to be gradual and step by step. He can heal faster than commoners by his resolution and strength of his temperament but nevertheless, the body has to take his time to cure.

But I want him safe and sound and taken care of and I want him to be on his own feet. But I don't want a duel in this condition of his.

Will the Shehzaade hear our pleas though?

As usual being Azeez with his temper and love for KS, he will be raving mad and will want to murder the Shehzade or maybe FS too. And I am with you Azeez as far as the old fox is concerned. He will be easy to remove from this world. It will be good riddance to bad rubbish! 😡

And Mohan Banna is there with his troops, which is awesome because I think he can help with some planning in some way. And now quantity matters for our duo's sake. Also, Mahendra's facade will be at risk with these men of Parnangarh to put him in the blacklist of what he said against Shehzade, not that it matters to the Prince because he doesn't care about Piggy, he knows and believes AMK about what he said about everyone in the court! Whether Piggy wins or not he is doomed.

In many ways, he entered his own Chakravyuh, didn't he?

The irony of the situation, Shehzade believes AMK about everything he said in the court about Khalil, Mahendra and FS in spite of holding AMK treasonous and calling him a liar! About AMK himself he did not believe what AMK said but the rest, Khalil is in the dungeon because of AMK and Piggy is in solitary confinement and FS is under his radar of angst and resentment. And about AMK, he himself send him to his deathbed! 😡

Again... I know it seems unfair, Lana... but that is life...

1) Farooq Sahib did not do anything AGAINST Shehzaade. He didn't follow protocol. By nature, he is a million steps below AMK. But he did not do anything that might pose a risk to Shehzaade's imperial plans.

2) Khalil is in the dungeons and his fate most probably would be to languish there if he survives the duel. Shehzaade did not deal with him properly because he liked the victories Khalil was bringing home. And, all of Khalil's atrocities were against those whom Shehzaade was against too (the Hindus) See that delicate string of politics in play there?

3) Mahendar is a prince and he cannot be dealt with like how the rest are being dealt with. Even if ever proven treasonous, the treatment meted thereafter would have to be different... plus, the Shehzaade is not the Emperor yet - I doubt he'd have the powers to punish another prince (A powerful one, no less!)

The idea of a duel was a Godsend... Mahendar would have easily perished, in public... and no one could have blamed Shehzaade. He could have THEN punished AMK, AFTER the duel! It would have all been 'fair-ish'

But now AMK is in no condition to lift a sword, forget duel with a swordsman like Mahendar! And that plan has been spoilt...

Shehzaade must be kicking himself (and Farooq Sahib in his dreams everynight) for upsetting the plans and going ballistic on Akbar! That is how 'ego' ruins everything - as history has shown time and again!

It is good to see Ustaad's men all reunited and using their brains altogether to find a way out of this mess and they are being careful about their surroundings too. As they say, it is better to have more heads than one in a dire situation!

It'd be impossible otherwise, Lana.. even AMK - who singularly wields the powers that Azeez/Ibrahim & Sayyid wield would need help... of more than just one or two heads...

It's the first time in history that the men of Ustaad are dealing with all this without an actual 'head' to guide them

All their years of training comes into play here... Go guys... show the world whose 'men' you truly are!

I just hope and pray AMK gets better soon, at this point that is all I need and want. _/\_
