Basically there are two ways to do the donuts. One is obviously from scratch - dough, water, yeast...then the dough is put into a machine that cuts it into rings and the center part becomes the munchkins/donut holes.

Second way is we have something called JBOD (Just baked oven donuts), they come frozen to the stores. we thaw it, put the glaze and bake it for 2 minutes. For frosting donuts, we smear the frosting and put different kind of sprinkles on the top.

Only big DD kitchens do it from scratch, space a is an issue in NY city so all of us do the second option.

I know DD is not that big in the west coast, but you have Baskin Robins (owned by same co.), east coast is all about DD!

Of course only DD products are sold in the store, no jamuns! I gave some to my crew, Hari took some to his dorm.

I hope this comes true! With the kind of severity of his wounds, he needs proper treatment. Heera, his love would be the right person to treat AMK. Her medicine and her touch would heal him sooner! But we know that will not happen 😔

Sandy, aaja!! 😃 Here is a big hug for you! 🤗 This is the exact ring I had in mind when I wrote this. I pictured the round black pearl with a glistening light that will reflect the image in front of its core center. This is so perfect! 👍🏼 Thank you!
