And as if on cue her beloved Shenshah also got down from his horse. Jodha then was about to walk into the bazaars most expensive and her favourite shop until Jalals cool voice stopped her from advancing foreward.
"Jodha Begum, we are here as a couple thus you will walk with me and be MY escort." he told her as Jodha moved back a step to walk with him.
As they started to walk into the shop their awam stared at the couple in awe. May god not curse this couple the awam was thinking. Jodha Begum is the one they thought, the one that will change their Shenshah into a human who felt feelings and love to.
The shopkeeper was suprised to see the Badshah out with what the awam liked to call his most beautiful and khaas begum. " And I was thinking the heavy blue one since the Jashan is for Mirza Hakims birthday and blue is his favourite colour, but the green one with the diamond work is also very nice." Jodha added
Mirza. That name again. Set Jalal on fire since the blue one was Mirzas "choice" he wold not let Jodha buy that one at any cost.
" Jodha Begum, I was thinking the green one since it suits you and it would look better on you." Jalal suggested with urge that she would not choose the blue one.
" Yeah Shenshah, I agree I already have a lot of emerland embroideries but only about 9 or 10 diamond embroidered heavy green lehngas." Jodha then agreed.
" But Jodha begum didn't you like the blue one better." Jalal then teased her with his signiture smirk.
" Jee nahi Shenshah, I bought a new diamond set which matches perfectly with this." she said while handing the chania choli to a maid who was taking it back to the palace.

But inside Jalal was whimpering with pain. He thought she bought it since green was his favourite colour. And there Jodha was dying inside and was thinking why shenshah dont you get it that I brought since it is your favourite colour. But deeply in love with each other but Jodha was completely oblivious about all those little hints that Jalal dropped on her about how much he loved her.
Meanwhile Hamida and Gulbadan begum reached the palace from Salim Babas place with a unknown happiness drawn to their faces. They both descended to Hamidas hojra to talk about it.
" Bhabijaan, Salim Baba is great he told us that his prophecy will come true." Gulbadan happily told Hamida as they drank sharbat and sat on the luxurious couches.
" Sahi kaha, Gulbadan begum I am very happy that slowly they are relizing their love for each other." Hamida happily sighed
