It is a song sung by a mother to her small kid, which was interpreted thus:

" The mother asks the child to lend her a kiss, since only then she can demand and get back the same from him..."

I framed them myself di. 😃 I would say Marwari is an easy language, once you know a few words, you can easily guess/frame the others. My knowledge of the language is from the show only! 😃
