If you read the comments on facebook and compare it with IF you feel you are watching two different shows. The fact is that with the huge target indian TV audience, Paridhi is hugely popular. They have no qualms about the fact that there is no steamy romance between the two. They love seeing the bond between JA as boring as it may seem to some on IF. Ekta usually plays to that audience ( she has to to survive). My gripe has been the needless butchering of historical figures to do this. She did not have to do that to show the bond between JA

I think as Donjas very logically presented , the reason for the demise of this show is probably the extreme negativity post hasan's death and the horrible leap with terrible casting which drove many viewers away that just never ever came back.
