The only part that interest me was Salim and Jodha's short interactions what will perhaps contiune next Monday I guess.

I have watched Salim's actions very well and the angle I took was his body language and the waht he did after thoughts came into his mind.

Salim has never given importance to this position and the fact of being the first or next in line to succeed his father now that this same authority have being given to his young brother he is now realizing what he has lost he then remembers Ruky words that if she was Jodha ( which she could never be only in her dreams 😡) she would have changed religion to secure his position for him then he took drugs to ease his frustrations.

When Jodha came to meet him psychologically he is already in a terrible state of mind emotionally and physically instead of pleading to his mother and breaking down by asking her to change her religion for his sake so he could get back his lost position he took the self defense mood and started accusing her of all his woes.

This is where a need and long awaited Slap from his mother is necessary to bring his brains back into his skull for proper reasoning and thinking and along awaited conversation of what is really going on behind closed door.

But well... who knows what is in the skulls of the writers 😡

Agree with you. Creatives' typical formula to make the son dislike his biological mother even more. The evil step-mother has faster access to the weak minded son and ends up manipulating his already confused thinking.

Which makes me wonder if he was secretly harboring feelings of wanting to be the crown prince always. How can a confidante, buddy and brother's feelings change drastically overnight.

All the hamdardhi I had for Salim is all vanished after watching today's episode. The DEK was not bad as expected, phew..Salim rather accept punishment than to apologize to Murad, Okay forgiven. But I cannot forgive him for talking so rudely to Jodha. This son have no respect for his parents and on top of this he is questioning his mothers love because Jodha did not convert. 😡 Only a few days back he said he did not want her to. Salim why are u so mentally weak and confused .😕. My advise pls stop talking to Ruks ammijan and spend some time with Salima ammijaan or your grandmother. Not mentioning your parents as for you they are not good enough.

Anar seems to be matured and know what is right from wrong.

Coming to Murad, he has his points but did not like him either. For me right now Daniyal is the best choice to be the next King. He is calm, composed. Looks like once Jalal sorts this Shah e Iran issue, Murad will revolt with Salim and he will start drinking too.

Coming to Precap, am happy Jodha did not take seriously what Salim said. Hoping to see if she could give some firm reply to Salim and ask him not to be so selfish, self sympathetic.

I dont care who ever wins, I dont want Ruks to win. hope she falls flat. Because if she wins who knows what she will ask in return. CVS please accept my humble request.

Lasty Loved the JJ scene. It was very touching and emotional as well. Thank you parijat, you both indeed are the heart and soul of this show

Exactly my point. Jalal's stern upbringing played an important role in the huge empire that he was able to set up, and he felt that like he got past his stern upbringing so would Salim. But that did not happen because Salim is more of the romantic kind. See that's the thing even after Salim left Jalal told Jodha, that he might be angry with me now, but later on he will realize that I dod this for his betterment. Some people are the Kind who learn from experiences like Jalal, but some can be like Salim and take into account only emotions, and instead of learning he preferred in wallowing in self pity.

For Jalal the monarch, being a good father means making your son strong enough to face any situation that comes his way, however harsh the situations he has to be put in. But that ideology does not and will not work on Salim. So unless Jalal realizes that he has to adapt accordingly, the problems will never stop. Its going to be this continuous cycle of Salim rebelling-Jalal yelling- Problems increasing. He will have to change his approach in such a way, where he is able to train Salim and keep the guy's ego intact.

Thanku for agreeing with me, yes Jalal's hard childhood has made him an overstrict father,But that said, not all of salim's battamizi cant be blamed upon akdha.Salim is too selfish n disrespectful and ungrateful.Its his basic character

Shah E Iran conflict happened in 1577. as per history we have read...

now according to CVs Jalal sent Salim on warfield when he was 9 and he came back after 7 years, that means he was 16 yrs old then... it's the same age when he married Maan Bai , that is in 1585

also Mirza Hakim died in 1585, and here he is still alive

but then Akbar formed Din E Ilahi in 1582... (m I right?)

so if this track is for new religion by Akbar then the year should be 1582...

and that means salim should be 13 yrs... 😕

Let's forget the timeline. I have tried to figure out the age of JJ and Salim a lot, few days back when Forum was busy in debating the age of JJ and Salim. :-P

Now tell me how can we decide the ages. ? LOL :-P

Consider 1577, means JJ are around 35 and salim is 8.
Consider 1585, means JJ are around 40+ and salim is 16.
Consider 1599, means JJ are around 55 and salim is 30.

IMO, we should see the events only. Since, CV's are still showing the events of 1570's.
Hence, there is still a lot of time and many things are bound to come i feel.
