Option 5 can be ruled out with the BT scene. How did Jalal Know, Jodha was in the hamam and rest we know..

Option 1, 2,3 possible. Though however after today I have ruled out option 2 as Ruks looked worried with Jalal's marriage announcement.

but rashmi, in ben track he had shown his not interest on ben 1st washing his hand after her touch despite showing it next nite he was ready to sleep with her but ruq became obstacle in his wishing. Even till end giving all conviction on jo,ja was ready to married ben. After reading wu of yesterday's episode now i m feeling to give same accusation on jo as if she is liable for his marriage with atifa, ja is gonna to marry atifa n eventually Jo wl b rescuer of Ja frm the paw of atifa.
However,atleast till date i didn't find ja's expression has any double or tera meaning except the shukanya's marriage track.

Though it's very tough to believe that Jalal is acting but that's our only ray of hope. Also as Mansi said if he really loved her he wouldn't force her into an illegitimate marriage. Marriage is a religious institution and a marriage with an already married woman has absolutely no meaning

Also Diksha's post gave a new direction to my thoughts. Atifa and her hubby could also be working for Jalal

Also I think what zakira said has a meaning that Atifa reminds her of Ben. That was for the viewers I guess so Atifa is definitely more tez then she looks

But I hope Jalal knows it all and it's not like Ben track where Jodha saved him
