Thanks a lot, part #3 was well informative as well. The guy spent lot of his time on battlefield, no wonder fascination of cannon is justified. If you have any info on father- son (akbar- Jahangir) fall out please do share. Always curious to read that part of the great man.

Another lovely facet of Akbar, Adi, thanks 😊 . But I really wonder when he had the time to indulge in so many of his interests in such varied fields 😲 . This guy must have been an absolute genius, I d say, to grasp so much about so many subjects 👏 .

On a lighter note, ur reference to Tansen made me recollect the onscreen joker we got 😆 . And the fuss he made of accepting Jallu s gift to him. But here u ve mentioned that Akbar had offered him a huge amount of money which probably he must have accepted. So what we got on the show was natakiya roopantar, was it ?

Well so it seems Gayatri - but it is also recorded that Tansen was initially reluctant to come to Agra - but once in Agra he never left due to Akbar - seems Akbar's personality was definitely such that all who met him never wanted to leave him - that definitely says a lot about Akbar the person does it not???

Like his secular views, the guy was very open-minded, to pursue his interest for music. Such a powerhouse of talent this man was. Awesome, Ahh...how i Wish, some one bring this magnificent guy on screen, without distorting the history.
