But yeah, there are many female characters shown in other EK serials whr there was so much genuine love for the hero and they tadpofied for the hero during their quota of separation tracks😃

yup there r shows where women r shown deeply in love ,more than male leads. I 'll give ex of EK's show only like 1. KARAM APNA APNA 2. KAISA YE PYAAR HAI 3. TERE LIYE 4. KUMKUM n so many that I m not able to recall (as they were my childhood shows 🤣🤣 )

Is it too much to ask from a couple who is in madly love with each other according to Cvs??? 😲

hi folks!

thank you all for such wonderful and insightful analysis on the difference of love stages that jodha and jalal sit at..jalal will always be step ahead because he got the head start in the race, whereas jodha was forced into it..for her to reach the level of intensity that jalal has reached will take some more time..jalal's love as mentioned by adi has reached the stage of sufiana where the person accepts the other person as is and indulges himself/herself in a form of peace which in other words is also called deewangi ya phir bandagi..this can be for a lover or even for god..people who become spiritual and feel content with the love of god reach that stage in their life where they feel complete, they are at a stage where they leave all the worldly pleasures and are happy sleeping on the floor where they feel close to earth to god...i will give u an example of someone that i saw with my own eyes...

pl listen to this story..its a real life story..i will not disclose any names due to confidentiality.. when i went india last year i met a foreigner who was living in the gurdwara and out of curiosity i asked whether she belongs to american sikhs..the saint at the temple told me her story..she was the daughter of a very wealthy family residing in london..she married a desi guy because she had interest in sikh religion..the guy pretended to like her and brought her to india and they started living in the city of sikh temples..the guy took all her money and left her with one house..i am getting tears in my eyes while i am writing her story..she was so heart broken that she quit all the worldly pleasures and became a saint..she prays day and night..lives a very simple life..helps those who are in need..and lives with a group of saints in the temple..her father came to take her..she refused to go ..and the saint told us..'eh mastaani ho gayi hai'..means she does not need anybody now..she is fulfilled..she has found the meaning of life..now she is happy and she is living..she loves god and in every human god resides..she has found love and she has become deewaani..mastaani..and can love anyone unconditionally!

while i was writing her story i just came across some beautiful lines on unconditional and conditional love...

In religion, unconditional love is thought to be part of The Four Loves; affection, friendship, romance, and unconditional.[1] In ethology, or the study of animal behavior, unconditional love would refer to altruism which in turn refers to the behavior by individuals that increases the fitness of another while decreasing the fitness of the individual committing the act. In psychology, unconditional love refers to a state of mind in which one has the goal of increasing the welfare of another, despite any evidence of benefit for oneself.

In conditional love: love is 'earned' on the basis of conscious or unconscious conditions being met by the lover, whereas in unconditional love, love is "given freely" to the loved one "no matter what". Loving is primary. Conditional love requires some kind of finite exchange, whereas unconditional love is seen as infinite and measureless.

with the above explanation one thing is clear that jalal's love has reached the stage where he left his ego his self respect his everything to get his love from his beloved..even upon her refusal of giving love he comes back and talks to her portrait and does what he thinks she would have thought is right..does her bandagi..sleeps in her hojra to feel her ehsaas..prays the way she used to pray so that he can feel the connection with her..talks about her..thinks about her in every action he takes..wants to see her but is happy that she is safe and that he loves her and his love for her will keep him motivated and alive...

on the other hand jodha too feels that she misses him at times..worries about his safety..cares about him..talks about him..but her ego is still stopping her to give that unconditional love and to accept him as he is..here the conditional love has taken over momentarily..the deed done by jalal has shaken her ego..she will go because he is a great shahenshah but to give that unconditional love and to accept him as he is she still needs to walk miles on the path of love before she can feel and resonate in sync with the feelings of her lover her life...

We can say mastana dewane to devdas...but a person with an happening life like Akbar n dewane mastana seriously left bad taste in my mouth ...meera bai or jodha bai cab be mastana for their respective beloved but Akbar ... Arey yaar Akbar can love but not become jhalla...and they are showing him like that ... Which is very un Akbar like thing

sara, they are showing his side of love like that and here we are talking about our fiction walal jalal..the real akbar was something else they cannot even show 20% of him on screen..they do not have the resources and the capability...if his love for jodha is compared to jodha's love for him then we see the difference and that is what cvz have shown...!

I know I am late to the party. Everyone said everything that needs to be said.

Jeans and dips and everyone, U ppl said it all 👏

I wud like to add only few things, Viewers will connect to a scene by the dialogues and by the actors' expressions.

In Jodha's case, we get neither which is why its becoming hard to understand where she s coming from in terms of loving Jalal.

For Ex, in the telepathic nightmare scene, she got the dialogues, but her expressions neither convey tat urgency nor the worried state.

In the same track, Ruks is also shown standing in balcony and missing Jalal. This we were able to connect becos the actress did a gud job in emoting. And same goes for MA.

And if u guys remember the scene where Jalal gives his head gear and coat to Jodha in Amer fort track to feel wat he goes thro being a shehenshah, tat scene warranted her to show sympathy and feel the pressure he s going thro. But at the end of the scene, all u get is an arrogant female who only insults him for being a shehenshah as if its Jalal's mistake for being born as shehenshah And in the same scene, Jalal comes out as person who knows wat he s missing in his life being a shehenshah but still doesnt want to accept pity.

This show of multi layered expressions is very much missing in Jodha from the beginning. So I wud say everything went wrong for the character Jodha (dialogues, expressions, characterization etc)

The only emotional scene where I think Jodha got everything right was drinking poison scene (there myt be a few more but I dnt remember now).

So, as long as we don't have the supporting acts leading to the prem dialogues, we ll forever bang our heads this way to determine whether Jodha loves Jalal or not.

i agree word for word!..in many scenes the expressions were faulty, although paridhi has been brilliant in many scenes her expressions are not very convincing when it comes to showing love..yes, as kajri and immediate post vishpaan she was good but after that i did not get to see what i wanted to see..in order for the love story to be complete and enjoy it on screen there has to be fire coming from both the leads😉

But in this process CV can't play with real Akbar persona... What people think if some one tries to portray love of ghandi ji for his wife ... Will people imagin Gandhi ji just paralyses by brain in love of his lady love ...faking his death , think nothing except his lady love... Leaders are always leaders it's their companion who do lots of sacrifices in the path of their spouse fateful destiny... Or their marriage doesnt work ...

Leaders have their one Lakshya ...their destiny what ever their dream ...in btw they can love n find support n peace in their soul mates..but they can't madly n obsessively in love of one woman ... They can be leader or mastana ... Love story mean to show their love ...his journey as king in her support and companion ship nor the his mastangi, dewangi ... I mean seriously he is doing bandagi of jodha?
