a question!

hi everyone,

i have a question for you all..this is nothing to do with jodha bashing but i am genuinely confused..does jodha love jalal or not..if she does then why her love is conditional..why has she not accepted jalal as he is..why she wants him to change so that she can fall in love..why she said that his actions have touched her heart..did none of his actions ever touched her heart before?..i fail to understand this type of conditional love..when she did the vishpaan she said it was her kartavya..and now she is saying because he has abolished teerth tax and pardoned shivani he has changed and now i will love him???...what sort of a love this is?...i have seen arranged marriages and after some time husband and wife do madly fall in love and also accept each other's good and bad points but never have i seen a love that lays conditions of winning the heart by actions...then where will that love go that was based on conditions if the person goes faulty again???

Mandy, this is not an epic love story for me ! till the end of the show I will consider this only as Jalal's epic one sided love story. No matter how much things change between them I cannot forget the fact that she is returning because he is now a person she would love to fall in love. I remem Aunty's words, Jodha will always love the Azeem-O-Shaan Shehenshah and not Jalal. 😔

that is what is bothering me! i know most of akhda fans are happy because she is returning but i would have been happy if this whole scenario had looked more genuine and convincing..now few people doing jai jaikaar sprouted the love seeds in her,,what if they were not doing so then she would have lived peacefully in amer without thinking of jalal's pain???

There have been scenes before where they showed her feeling touched by his gestures so I don't understand how this one reform is enough for her to go back. It definitely does look like she's going back to the changed Jalal she will love. A love that requires conditions to be fulfilled before the heart is won is not love at all, let alone an 'epic love story' 😆

Well said Mandy ...👏 ...n u have a point ... Here surely the blame goes to the cv's for butchering jodha's character ... Even mine is an arranged marriage ... But I accepted my husband the way he is ... Even though I hate certain things (well most of the things😆) about him , but still I love him the way he is ... N same goes ,hwith my hubby ... He has accepted me graciously handling my tantrums from last 3 years 😆 ... Pure love is loving a person the way he is ... N not by changing him into someone else ... Well here it's good that jalal has altered certain things abt himself ... Like being arrogant , cruel , heartless etc etc ... But as u said jodha's love is a conditional love ... N I wud say jalal's love is an unconditional love ...

i agree sara, jealousy in polygamy set up is natural whatever ruq is feeling any wife who was close to her husband would have felt..its just like siblings rivalry..i think cvz have not convincingly shown jodha's emotions..we have seen jalal's journey in details how he fell in love and as we all know rajat is master of expressions!..but jodha was shown in love today and gone tomorrow..i loved her in kajri track and immediate post vishpaan track..the rest was not epic love but something else which my heart cannot relate to!

She should have returned for him and not because of his good deeds. What if he would have punished her sister and he did not agree with TM to abolish the tax. Things would have been different then ! This is certainly not what we were promised. Her love is conditional and there is no denying of this fact, I don't see any difference in Ruq's love for Jalal and Jodha's love for Jalal.
