Oh thanks Abhay for the information and help. So Akbar" was already suffixed in his name, by his father, Humayun and what was shown on serial was another natakiya rupantar. However what cvs meant was that he was heartless and cruel king till he met jodha who made him realise his existence of heart and how he changed to great king who is loved by his people. Or else we wouldn't have bothered to read about him after so many years later.

Till then, let me tell , marital alliance was a part of his policy , due to Political Necessities of those TIMES. I mentioned this in the FIRST thread on MUZ itself. This was Akbar's policy, and this was not a new development.

Even the Gupta ruler, Samudragupta had this policy(around 1200 years before Akbar.!!!!.). Even 600 years, before Samudragupta, the Mauryan ruler, Chandragupta Maurya(320 B.C.) too had this policy.

And infact , Maurya's love story with his wife Helen, the daughter of the Greek general of Alexander, Seleucus Nicator I, is ALSO quite famous,😉 whom he married after the surrender of Seleucus. Have a look >>. Posted something interesting on Helen 5 months back. Click here. 😉

So, It should not be associated with Akbar - MUZ relation. I know you may be confused, as there are certain places, where " DELIBERATELY " this "clause of marriages" is used in a negative manner to degrade/question Akbar-MUZ story, that >> " Had Akbar loved MUZ, he won't have married after her ".!!..🤢.😉. This clause is itself baseless.🥱 Marital Alliance was established due to Political Necessities, and that TOO ONLY when required.

I am giving an example. >> After taking over Ranthambore in 1568, NO marital alliance was established , because the King, Rao Surjan Singh Hada, had promised his LOYALTY to Akbar, and asked for Condition of No need to establish a marital alliance. This was ACCEPTED. And, hence no alliance happened. Akbar BELIEVED THE word of this ruler. BTW, this " friendship treaty " was mediated by the Ameri Clan, viz. Man Singh and Bhagwan Das.

About your query regarding , "stretch of time", > after marriage with HK in 1562, i feel , he married, perhaps thrice (1562, 64, and later) in the next 7 years, which is itself quite less a number, considering the times and the age in which he lived. But, by now, i hope this issue is clear, as i have given the REASONS. 😊 There are many rulers, who HAD TO MARRY many times, but that was due to the Political NEED of that era. Maintaining Empire was also their Raj-Dharma. This DID NOT MEAN, that they had No Beloved/someone Special in their lives. Can u pls confirm if Akbar ever attacked rewa? I had read somewhere that Akbar grew up in rewa and the king of rewa was his best friend and that Akbar never attacked rewa. But in the show, we saw Akbar announcing an attack on rewa (to capture the man who attacked him and Jodha).
