Jalal will never want Ruqs approval for being with Jodha , she is his wife just like Ruqs, although Ruqs maybe his first wife , best friend . But he is independent when it comes to whom he wants to be with , spend time with.

Agree completely that he may have thought like the past this time also it was JO decision not to sleep in the same Khema.

Lashy, loved reading ur explanative take on the khema scene. I admit I wasn't too happy seeing the Monday 1st scene either. It left room for any kind of construal or misconstrual, but at the end of it, Jodha didn't seem to be having any complaints , in fact she was sleeping peacefully , while it was Jalal who woke up to go visit her, being restless. The CVs sure did some locha there that the scene didn't come out exactly as it should have, I guess.

Precap: Many seem to be confused whether it was Jodha s soul ya Jalal s that mouthed those lifegiving love words the other day. If it was Jalal s , then how come Jodha knows the words so well etc, but my take on it is dont they say even now that when a person is in a coma or unconscious that if we talk to them, their subconscious does hear it willing it back to life. So I d say the same happened here. Jo s subconscious heard it & now she thinks it s a dream she had. If Jalal is not having the proper expression on hearing his words repeated, well either Jalal s giving a poker face ( u know he s naughty na 😉 ) or the CVs r throwing us another googly 😛

I'm going to wait and watch this one...I think the CVs are purposely letting us hang...😕

Neither the beginning is well written nor the ending.. They showed directly they came back to Agra...

I feel the scene should begin with Firday end JO leaving the kheema & Jalaal tells ruqu to sleep & may be he can also sleep with her, while Jalaal remembers all those badal-kajiri scenes he checks Ruqu is asleep & then wakes up to see Jodha & admiring her.. Jalaal tells to himself they started this journey together & they are with each other in this journey now this last night of their trip he will not leave her sleeping alone...
I still feel this is what the CVs were trying to portray...but it didn't come off looking that way...why, look at their expressions as soon as they step into Agra - both are blushing, stealing glances etc etc...MA notices it instantly and tells Ruqs that...you could have kept them apart for a night...but you haven't kept Jodha away from jalal or vide versa!
lashy people are expected more from Jalaal, as Jalaal loved Jo from the beginning even after tiger attack his loved developed, but furious that after Ruqu came he bend towards Ruqu... I can understand CVS stand and Jalaal & Ruqu has every right to be with each other as they are together from 10 + years, his love for Jo started few months...Want to see how slowly Jalaal-Ruqu-Jodha equations changes...

Jalal didn't bend towards ruqaiyya abhi,he's bent towards Jodha only...till the khema scene, he's supported Jodha thrice in front of Ruqs...isn't that why ruq who used to be so uncaring about anyone affecting her status in Jalal's life is so concerned about Jodha now? He just didn't interfere in the ladies' decisions wrt khema...but, once he couldn't get sleep went out to be with Jodha...possibly for a good part of the night...

Fed up seeing MA-Ruqu scene, as MA pouring ghee & ruqu getting more jealous on JO, they have no other topic other than JO, that's why I fed up seeing MA-Ruqu scenes, Ruqu hoshiyaar scenes are better..

I want MA to think on political matters or other things stop going after JO every time...I am waiting to see MA - Ruqu clash after BEN track, as Ruqu knows that MA only introduced BEN to jalaal, she only given idea of BEN - Jalaal marriage... But CVS 👎🏼 can't think out of box...

Tuesday episode was better & Jodha is slow understanding her feelings even though she accepted him as her husband while Jalaal waiting for her green signal to move this relationship...

Infact the whole hair-aroma scene has lost the magic because of the soul talk Jodha mentions. It would have been better had the creative kept the talk simple about the journey, the care showered, etc just like the previous epi-with Moti or even about MUZ or dhaga tying. That would have made it beautiful.

These episodes makes one feel that the show is losing the magic it once created.

I was not much perturbed by the khema scene. They would have slept outside if Ruqaiya had not come along and there must have been hoshiyaar and other baandhies and khadims who carried the tent for safety and she was not completely alone outside, and anyway he was not wise to the Ruqs-Jo convo prior to his entry. The entire scene was to drive home the point - Ruqaiya could only separate Jalal and Jodha physically but they were in each other's thoughts, but with sloppy editing and chopping the remaining scene after Jodha wakes up, it came out poorly. No point trying to draw further inferences from the scene.

As for the precap, I who believed that the soul talk was just a projection of Jalal's thoughts was surprised to hear Jodha repeat the incident and Jalal unperturbed as though he didn't get what she was talking about, meaning that he has no idea of the incident. He had called her back with all his heart and all his love but the convo was in her zehen. This looked like a deliberate attempt of the CVs to slow down the love story and mellow down the intensity of Jalal's feelings a little. Aakhir TRPs ka sawaal hai and TRP baba is more powerful than Chishti Baba.

Nahi yaar... His soul reached out to her doesn't mean he didn't whisper those words to her to her in her subconscious state...I still found the scene quite beautiful...don't we remember what a person has said to us when we are sleeping? Sometimes, we do right...when a subconscious part of us hears it...actually that's how meditation and hypnosis works anyway...things whispered to us when we are in a trance that gets stored in our mind...

Btw, How nice to have a husband putting sambrani in your hair...OMG😳

But well, it does explain Jodha's completely changed attitude after she woke up, her lovey doviness - may be it was planned that way, as in Jodha's zehen. But after seeing Jalal's intensity at the mazhar, all of us thought that it was in Jalal's zehen.

But on the positive side, the comfort levels between the two is heart-warming. The entire scene yesterday from Jalal hearing the song to exiting Jodha's chambers angry with BB was very well done. (Though I wish she sings some Krishna song other than Hey Manmohan always. ) It was a beautiful scene. I loved Jalal's 'bathayiye' grinning so widely as she said she wants to ask him something, the total enchanted look he gives when he hears the song,

I LOVED LOVED LOVED THE SCENE...RTs plethora of expressions God...

First, like a bouncy teen crush when in her company all long...esp when he gets tickled when she touched his feet

Then like the perfect friend when he teases about her touching his feet...similarly, when he teases her about Mothi...

Like a yearning lover when she says she has something to say and even more so when she holds his hand and then leaves it...check out the part where he tries to get hold of her hand again...

Like an lover of music (and of Jo) when he forgets everything and gets drawn to her chamber on hearing the music

Like an exhilarated uncle on learning the news of BB and then again the shehenshah when he recalls what she's done...
