Rajat was outstanding yesterday. No melodrama, crisp dialogues delivery and great facial expressions. Cvs also done good job ! For once Maham stood like a zombie and her shatir dimag went on vacation .
I do not watch Tv soaps except for a few episodes here and there. But yesterday's episode clearly was a topnotch act. Depiction of Jalal's inner turmoil by Rajat was awesome.

Ruku will be this friend and foe avataar throughout depending on her set of values. I feel this is one of the reasons why Jalal's affection for her did not convert into love. Because this lady did not get wiser with age. Once a brat remains always a brat.

That's all I said Mansi...all we needed was for yesterday's episode to unfold...in many words..Monday and Tuesday's episode were not independent of one another...they were a flow...most of us watched half the story and became disappointed before the rest unfolded...

The two episodes played a continuous story - of a king trying to get the string of calamities sorted out one after another...

as I'd said, he didn't realize the extent of Jodha's plight till the day went by...

Also in many ways - I didn't find Ruqaiyya being abducted by Ben and then the punishment misplaced (the execution was shoddy, but think of it this way) that left Jalal to deal with Jodha once they'd left...

also, in a way it showed that even in the deepest pits of despair and realizations, he still does manage to take care of the remaining things..sort of like snapping into action after a catastrophe...survival instincts...whatever one might call it!

so, there is some hope for the emperor after all!

Hope the CVs never really thump a benazir on us again..but, something tells me that's wishful thinking..

I refrained from writing about the previous episodes ,waiting for the one episode where all the emotional floodgates open and soak us with expression of profound love and admission of the same...yesterday's was that episode which made me cry with jalal ,made me despondent about jo lying lifeless just like jalal..RT' s acting was really par excellence 👏..the jalal pendulum was swinging from hope to despondency .I loved his expressions which was clutching at a straw of hope to the crestfallen one taking the emperor to the dargah ...the dargah scene was a masterpiece with the all powerful emperor on his knees asking tor the one wish which was all important to him as breathing -the life of his life ..this is the point I felt our JA was back and the love story ,we were all waiting for, was back on Track..

What else stood out was MA and ruqqu realising the extent of jalal's emotional involvement with jo..the same was visible to hamida that is why she asks atga Khan to trail jalal and not leave him on his own..

Excellent writeup on the episode ,Mansi..hope we continue to get blockbuster episodes in future too..

Excellent post for an equally heart wrenching episode... What can I say. We all owe an standing ovation to Rajat who was all into Jalal's skin yesterday... He depicted so many emotions with such nuances that I still get goosebumps. I actually forgot I was watching a TV Show... got so much involved as if I was a part of the entire thing..

OMG .. such a superlative actor that he is...Just got carried away with two scenes especially...first when he sees blood oozing out of Jodha's mouth and when he shouts at Hakim Saheba that he wants results and he can't see his beloved dying this way...and just walks off...unable to bear the sight of a dying Jodhaa... and second of course was the Mazhar scene...

This scene not only stood out for Rajat's acting but it was very well directed and executed as well. Loved your description about this scene.. Yesterday's episode was a treat to to me... Hats off to Rajat and to you...for an excellent post...

Would love to see how JJ journey will go.. Hope JO comes back life today, feelings bad to see her like that... Just like Jalaal could see Jodha only, I could see Jalaal (RT) only yesterday...

One thing " WHY Moti is not crying ? She is closest to jodha.. What a pathetic acting ?

lovely analysis and a very lovely episode too...wow wasant rajat great? when i saw him in the mazar scence i wanted to go there and consloe him. i am sure a lot of people wanted to hug him and say its gng to be ok, jodha is gng to be fine...god he was just incredible.i think there is so better test for an actor than such an emotional scence and rajat passed it with flying colours.👏
