This is my first try, so please ignore any mistakes. I have no intention of hurting anyone with my writing. The characters in this story are the same as those in the serial. I hope you all enjoy it..
Part-1
Jodha began to believe that Jalal had started trusting her words, and she also felt good spending time with him. She believed that Jalal had a heart, but it was lost somewhere. She wanted to get his heart back.
One evening, Jodha was sitting with Rahim in the garden.Jodha and Rahim were cheerfully glowing with smiles on their faces. Jodha was telling Rahim the enchanting story of Kanha Ji and Yashoda Maata, her voice filled with warmth and joy. As they laughed and shared the delightful tale, Jalal finished off his Diwane Khas affairs and was just passing through the garden.
As he walked by, he caught sight of them, and unknowingly, a smile spread across his face. It was a rare moment for Jalal, who often wore a serious expression. Seeing Jodha so happy made him feel a warmth in his heart that he hadn’t experienced in a while. He paused for a moment, listening to her melodious voice, and felt a flicker of something he thought he had lost.
Jodha, noticing Jalal's presence, felt her heart race. She wanted to reach out to him, to share the joy of the moment, but she hesitated, unsure of how he would respond. Little did she know, this small moment would start to bridge the gap between them.
As Jalal came closer to Jodha, they shared an intense eye lock that seemed to last forever. Jodha broke the silence first, saying, "Pranam, Shenshah." In that moment, Rahim, noticing the tension, thought that the Shenshah had become angry because he was not reciting his lessons and was just playing with his Choti Amijaan. So, in a hurry, he ran from there, doing adab to both Jodha and Jalal.
In his excitement, Rahim unknowingly pushed Jodha towards Jalal. Just as she was about to hit the ground, Jalal instinctively caught her by her waist with one hand and placed the other on her shoulder. Their eyes locked once again, and time seemed to stand still.
Jalal was taken aback by the sudden closeness. He felt a strange warmth spreading through him, but he couldn't quite understand why he felt good with her. Was it love or mere attraction? He had always believed that he didn’t have a heart, yet here he was, feeling something he thought was impossible. The confusion swirled in his mind as he looked into Jodha's eyes, searching for answers he didn't know how to articulate.
Jodha felt the electricity of the moment, her heart racing as she gazed back at him. In that instant, she hoped that maybe, just maybe, she could help him find the heart he believed was lost.
