As a man , that too in the 16th century but mainly , the Shahenshaah-E-Hind, Jalal is a near saint in this regard!!

No other man would've tolerated even a little of what Jodha dishes out to him. A royal wife was mean to provide heirs for which obviously consummation is imperative. 😆

Any other man would've sent her off to Amer ages ago, after having the Suhaag Raat.

i do not think he promised anything unless it was something offscreen😉..all he said is that he will not touch her because he hates her and if he touches her her value will increase and she might misunderstand that he loves her..maybe that was interpreted as a promise by jodha..but this whole vachan fiasco irritates me😡
