When did Jalal give his word to Jodha about no consummation?

I seriously don't remember Jalal giving a word to Jodha that he would not consummate the marriage without her permission. In the night when he is drunk (after Jodha sings the rajput song), he tells her that he would not touch her as that would increase her status. But, never did Jodha request a promise from Jalal that he would not own her physically. Am I losing it?

I think it is Jodha requesting so many promises that I have lost count of what all she has asked from Shenshah so far. I think its her imagination that Jalal had promised her. He just said he wouldnt touch her out of anger. Either I have lost it or Jodha is just bluffing? How come Jalal has not caught this bluff yet? Poor Jalal has to keep so many words as it, now is also being told to keep a promise that he never gave.

well Mr Jallu came drunk to his wife...in angry tone he told jodha that he will not touch her...it was his way of giving promise...

the best part...Mr Shahenshah remembers the words he spoke when he is drunk when most of them forget what happen next day...

Jodha is making up stories! I dont mind them not consummating their marriage, but her constant tanas to Jalal about it tires me out.

i m so tired...for her insolence and of jogi shahnsha...

...

all i remember...after mohini drama...he said...
..
so jae jodha begum...hum aap k pas nhi aaenge ...hum apni di hui zaban nibhate hain"

but still woh zuban di hi kab aap ne jahan panhan...

i remember ...that ajeeb scene..

kiayah ajeeb nahi hae,,

he said clearly

"hum aap phele bhi bata cheke hain...shauhar apni biwi sae miln k lye waqt ka mohtaj nji hota"

i am going to see the next time he is drunk what promise he is going to give his baaghin😆...or break his promise given to his baaghin😉

That was no promise Mages. That was just venting of a drunkard man. Plus he didnt say 'hum vada karte hai'. His reasoning was that her value should not increase because of him touching her.

No he didn't promise her , but its just that she feels it is morally incorrect that he make advances without her consent . Not sure why the promise dialogue

Everytime Jalal and Jodha talk about physical relationship I am confused when did this promise really occur? I always wanted to post it so decided to do it now. That night his declaring to not touch her was his choice. How can Jodha think that it was his promise? More over she has convinced Jalal that it was his promise. Poor fellow does not remember what he said during his nasheeli halat!
