This ritual of her handing flowers to him to put in the fire...I dont' know what the name is but it looked very sweet...something different from the usual weddings shown on TV :-)



During the sindoor bit, I found it interesting that he lifts her ghoonghat up kinda brusquely but by the time he's done putting all the sindoor, he puts back the ghoonghat gently...almost as an afterthought😆

I'm back with more bak bak about this epi , lol , I can't help it . This episode has completely taken over my mind n heart .

Did I mention the scene where they showed Jodha n Jalal simultaneously getting prepared for their wedding ? I thoroughly enjoyed it . It showed their absolutely contrasting feelings at that moment . Jodha was numb with sadness n shock , she did not care for the slightest about how she was looking .

On the other hand Jalal was very happy , in a victorious mood about his Nikah . The way he ghoorofied his own reflection after getting prepared , removing his sahera from his face'I found it very very cute .

The part where Jalal's little sister-in-laws were praising him full throated'n Jalal gave Jodha the look saying , ' Huh ! See ? What a catch I am ? ' For thew first time ever Jodha glanced at Jalal actually quite softly . There was no anger in her eyes I dare say . They shared a small but beautiful eye-lock . Damn cute in my opinion !

Disappointment ' I had sincerely hoped to see quite a number of rasams in the wedding . Disappointingly they kept the actual wedding really really short . Come on ! I'm sure that Rajasthani weddings at that time used to have much more rituals . Even nowadays , at our weddings there are many more rituals . They could've cut short the Adham Khan plotting to kill Jalal thingy or Sharifuddin-sujamal ankh-micholi scene n invest that time on showing more marriage rituals . Let's remember Jodha n Jalal won't get married again in this show ever after all . So , would've surely appreciated more rituals n more detailing . They did not show Jodha's haldi ceremony at all ! Grrr .

Hopefully the Nikah ceremony at Jalal's palace will be grand n long . I'm looking forward to it now . Btw , before that Nikah happens how could Jalal consider Jodha to be his rightful wife ? I mean they are yet to get hitched by his religion . Wasn't he supposed to wait for that to happen before he could get close to Jodha ? Hmm'curious .

Oh ! Forgot to mention ! Couldn't they give Jalal one with fresh flowers ?

It was really looking bad that the Shahenshah of hindustaan getting married wearing a shahera with dried flowers ! The PH need to put a little ore attention to detailings like this .

Jodha's gold colored costume was absolutely gorgeous . The chunri was matching n made with grand stuffs , the jewelries were perfect . Heavy yet very classy looking . But I'd really hoped Jodha would wear a red/pink/orange colored dress for her wedding ceremony . Sigh !
