i agree with hiba but yes she also wasn't totally correct but krushal was WAY OFF and hiba even made fun of that.. so i think they're saying all this on purpose. in the show anirudh is completely and utterly in love with jhanak.. and not even a little bit with arshi. he just hasn't realised it yet. and iska toh koi confusion bhi nahi hai as they have shown so many things in the show that you cant even say that theres a possibility of him not being in love with jhanak. bas ye show me bolta rehta that he loves arshi to not make everything more complicated than it already is.. but him saying that makes it more complicated.. little does he know.

I dont know why these 2 keep showing their feelings one step lower than what makers actually show in episodes

I'm not taking his words seriously, may be they don't know the whole picture as they just shoot their parts as per the script and goes home. I don't think they regularly watch the show. What we see in an episode adds more depth to the characters so we take things as whats being shown onscreen
