Well I guess popularity is subjective and depends on what your measuring sample tool is ..Like for eg I can be very popular too if my measuring tool is my social circle but that doesnt take away from my popularity factor.

Yep she is not. Sakshi Tanwar is the highest paid (1.25 lakh).

But DD is the second highest paid along with Hina Khan. She gets 1 lakh per episode while your Doll is stuck on 40-50K 😉 Even here your doll is behind DD. So sad

Off course you will find it hard to believe since your doll isn't even on the list but it's ok because it doesn't change any facts 😆😆

Highest Paid Television Actresses in India: Sakshi Tanwar, Drashti Dhami, Dipika Kakar and Others

It's a known fact that the remuneration in the Indian Television industry is lesser than the film industry. Actors who work in television industry gets paid per episode, while Bollywood actors are paid a huge amount per movie.

However, there are a few actors who get paid hefty amount per episode making them the richest television actors and the list includes top actresses as well.

Find out which actress rules the television industry with highest per day salary:

Sakshi Tanwar, who started her career with Ekta Kapoor's soap opera "Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii" in the year 2000, is still the highest paid actress. According to BollywoodLife.com, Sakshi is being paid Rs 1.25 lakh per episode. Sakshi's remuneration is the same as several highest paid male celebrities in the television industry, including Ram Kapoor and Ronit Roy. Sakhshi is currently working in Colors' show "Code Red".

Hina Khan: "Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai" actress Akshara aka Hina Khan gets Rs 1 lakh perepisode. Interestingly, Hina's per day salary used to be her monthly salary when she started shooting for the show in 2009.

Drashti Dhami: The Madhubala of television industry Drashti Dhami also gets paid Rs 1 lakh per episode for her new show "Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani". When she was signed for her first show "Geet Huyi Sabse Parayi" as a lead actress she used to earn approximately Rs 35,000 per episode.

The fourth highest paid television actress is Devoleena Bhattacharjee, who portrays the role of Gopi bahu in popular show "Saath Nibhaana Saathiya". Devoleena makes Rs 80,000 perepisode and now the actress wants her remuneration to be increased.

Another top television actress is Dipika Kakar, who is currently playing the role of Simar in "Sasural Simar Ka" show. Dipika earns approximately Rs 70,000 per episode.
