Yes, when celebrities are brought on the show they often undergo a journey of being improved dancers. However that doesn't mean the winner is decided on who is the most improved dancer.

So first of all. I didnt mean the judges should explain themselves more only for Sanaya. I mean that for all contestants. justify why are you cutting that mark. Or giving more marks. what does "more dancing" mean exactly (this was just an example I gave). what were sanaya and jai doing for the time alloted to them? just hanging around? They were dancing at all times. I didnt see any drama or pauses or taking time to get in position to do the next step. nada. just dancing.

so the same "more dancing" could have been said for Mohit's dance. or shamita's dance or anita's dance. where they run all over the stage getting into position.

This is what I mean. such a vague statement. needs to be quanitified. Ganesh likes to call out specific steps that he liked or could have been done better. perhaps ganesh could have indicated where they could have danced more...


I doubt I am biased. And here's why. Till the judges start commenting, I like shamita as much as the next contestant and enjoy her dance. but after their comments I always want to minus 2 pts. So u see I have no bias against shamita herself.
To me both sanaya and shamita are so graceful. And in dance grace is everything. this week shamita's dance was ordinary. nothing special. and same with sanaya. All the more reason why they can be compared.

In many of these reality shows (even others like Indian Idol) I feel that the judges don't give enough comments regarding the performance. Perhaps they give suggestions to the contestants after the show is recorded. However that doesn't mean the judges are biased because the quantity of valuable comments they give is almost the same for everyone.

You think their performance on Saturday had enough dancing? It was mostly full of frightening poses and other effects rather than actual dancing. "More dancing" is a self-explanatory phrase and I'm sure Sanaya understood what the judge meant without any elaboration. More dancing just means more movement. There is no exact quantitative definition of dancing?

Shamita's performance wasn't extraordinarily good, but the marking and comments are relative. Shamita's performance, although not outstanding, was still significantly better than Sanaya's (and that was reflected in the marks). I actually think that all the marks awarded generally are too high. However I'm assuming that is so the contestants aren't discouraged if they get a <30 score. On an absolute scale where 40 would be given to a brilliant performance, I would give both of Shamita's performances around 36. Sanaya's Saturday performance would be approximately 30 and Sunday would be 32-33. However all that is irrelevant.

There is no doubt that Faisal is the best of the lot. But with Jhalak's track record, he isn't gonna win, just like Shakti Mohan and Lauren didn't against ashish and dhrashti respectively. Thats also why I think Sanaya will only win.

What the show has turn out to be the judges favorite dancer . So much bias in the slow. The beautiful show has been spoilt by our judges. We all know the winner is Sanya without even watching the lfinal show. Shadid Kapoor darling girl Sanya will win he gives a perfect 10 fir her all the time. Karen Johar even you are so biased how did this happen no need final just give the trophy to Sanya and end the show. You are suppose to encourage people who cannot dance and come to the show like Radhika, Vivian and many others but you the judges had something else in mind . shamita is an established dancer why is she even in the show many others .

Sanaya irani is the best dancer in this season. From trained side, faisal is best.

I observed Shamita took rest while deepak lifted her in relay dance and won that round by managing like she is dancing for more time. Actually faisal is the deserved winner of that round.

Shamita used more vulgur dresses than any other contestant in this season.

Judges favored shamitha like anything in this season.

Shamitha is the most cried person in Jhalak set. Only Shamitha injuries are highlighted like she is fighting death, Still she partipated on jhalak. Tried to get sympathy votes.

Shamitha is the only one who got full marks on forgetting steps..

Bravo Shamitha.. You are the cry star. 👏
