Honestly I am failing to understand why drashti is being bashed so much... i kept away from all such discussions till now as I thought it would eventually stop, but now i want to put forward my view...

Some of the viewpoints over which she is bashed...

1. Her dancing was vulgar:

Except the Jaadu Hai Nasha Hai... none of her dances has been overly sensous or something... i found all her dances really good... and agreed to the fact that Jaadu Hai performance went over the top for some people who had a girl next door image of her... but then she is exploring her capabilities as a dancer...

And most importantly, she is not choreographing the dances, if u really find some of her steps over the top, or as u say vulgar, blame salman and his team as they are the ones who come up with such steps and its not at all a fault of drashti... SHE IS NOT CHOREOGRAPHING HER DANCE... that u keep on blaming her...

2. She should not be on the show:

It is quite obvious that being a part of the show was more of a channel's decision than hers... so blaming her for being a part of the show is not done... SHE WAS NOT DYING TO BE A PART OF THE SHOW...and infact she is the one who has to work 19 hours at a stretch without sleep to accomodate Jhalak...

3. She is being unnecessarily promoted:

U speak as if she is paying Jhalak for promoting her...if her promos are aired frequently, its a channels and production houses's decision and not hers...if she is getting to share a hug or a dance with all popular actors that come on the show, then also its is the PH's decision and not her's... SHE DOES NOT OWN JHALAK...

She is not grabbing attention unnecessarily... she is being given attention owing to her popularity...

So please blame the right people and don't go about bashing her without a solid reason...

i quite agree

salman has equal hands in choreographing ''inappropriately''

but drashti also can say a ''no'' . no one will force her to dance.

i think that JDJ has changed her image.

kjo rightly said from madhubala to zeenat aman (in terms of reputation)

sadly to say but she is being portrayed as an object, it's sad to see that.

As for as the promotion thing, that is why you hear people ranting about the show being scripted. It's not madhu who scripted it butbut some biased RANG MONEY-Minded people

Your post is not gonna make any diffrence, Instead you are gng to be bashed on name of moral policing, Why Drashti getting bashed interesting question, She is getting bashed bcoz it was pre decided when FB announced DD's participation, It has nothing to do with Dancing or anything, Bashing popular celeb n there fans is entertainment source of some, So they are doing it just for sake of it, Try not to bother 👍🏼

I've seen her so many off screen interviews since DMG days and she comes across as a nice hard working girl. Even VD (her costar in MB) said in a live chat the best thing about Drashti is she is an absolute professional.
About her promotion in JDJ, I'll say it's all part of Colors marketing strategy and Drashti really doesn't have much say in it 🤔

There is no direct blame on Drashti from me, but the way I see it, I am fed up with how the channel & JDJ is purposely trying to make her "the GREAT dancer" when really its just average or less dancing performance from her.

This is a dance show, not popularity show!

her make up during the dance was might be inspired by the old age custom or something, so can't blame it... and although that eye make up she wore on saturday was really weird but they might have done that because she would not be getting ample time to do her eye make up later... its just a possibility... we could at least give a benefit of doubt to her... her eyes are beautiful but that make up did no good to it...
