I agree With you! I'm sick and tired of all these comments being passed around that the show is pre-decided which I don't think is true at all. What makes them think like that? Because drasthi won last year and she was a part of colours? So what? She may be a part of colours but she was also a very very popular star; even if she was in this season competing against all these competitors I would still say that she had the ultimate chance of winning and the reason is only her population. Name me one season where a popular star didn't win and the best dancer won or neither of the two won and hat made you think that the channel has chosen their own star to win. That has never happened. I really like shakti. Even though I'm rooting for Ashish I will be more than happy if shakti won as well but if she Diane twin and Ashish wins I would hate it if people say that the show was pre decided as Ashish is a part of colours. Like Dosent he have any fans? Dosent he have any fame? Yes he does. So I would just want to say that in Jdj dance may NOT count but popularity 100% DOES count!

PS-my opinion 😛

Let them believe in whatever they want.
Others opinions do not change any fact. If Shakti is to win, she will. No person on this forum can stop that but neither can you change what others think or say.

Secondly, almost all the reality shows are scripted and it obvious after some point. I am sorry but one is naive if he/she thinks they really count the votes and decide the result accordingly! Some rigging is definitely done.
A channel has many things to think about. TRPs, supporting their own stars etc!

You would never see a Colors' actor is eliminated before reaching top 2.
Anyway, you are free to believe whatever you want but I choose not to believe the reality shows.
They're all gimmicks!

isn't andy a part of colors? Then why did he get eliminated in the first episode itself; he didn't even last for 2 3 more episodes. Would colors really do that with their own andy who was a pet of a big reality show big boss? I don't think so

Just stay silent .. let her work justify her dance ,her talent and let us do our work to vote n do what we can do the most...

Traditions, history and patterns are meant to change...

If u aren't the part of system u can't Chang system ..let enforce our decision of making win the deserving whoever it'll be ...

The entire setup of the show is unfair. It is setup to make sure the non dancer wins. That's what I've seen in the past 3 seasons.
Near the end the judges cripple the contestants somewhat by the votes they give..and then the public popularity contest takes over.

The international judge that is going to join the panel put it best...India' version of Dancing with the stars focuses less on technicality of the dance and more on the presentation.

I for one hope Shakti wins. I'm not her fan...but I love to see good dancing. I think she should have gotten a 30 in her first performance. To rob her of that just because the judges don't want to give out a 30 on anyone's 1st performance is crap.

Contestants who are trained dancers work as hard if not harder than the rest. They try harder and more difficult things, and as a result get injured too...Isha is a clear example of this. She should have won but had to bow out due to injury.

In the end I just wish JDJ was a fair contest...but it's not.

May the best dancer win.

Andy was a part of Bigg Boss season 7 which is done and dusted. They don't need him anymore to promote any show!
DD was pampered like a princess coz she was in MD then and the channel promoted her like no tomorrow! And now Ashish will be treated the same way! Simple logic eh?

Remember the Jessie girl? Forgot her name. She was made the winner in the 1st season despite being an average dancer over a brillian Shewta Salve because JDJ used to come on Sony then! She was a face of Sony for many years! Jessie used to get so poor marks!

it is all about trps
the channel never counts the votes
if the votes were counted bharti wouldn't have reached till the end of the show
the contestants who gives trps to the show and who are part of their serials survive in the show
shakti and akshat will definitely be in the finale
ashish and mouni also have chances

Just to give you some points:-

1. This show as most believe is not a dance contest, it has always been and will always be a popularity contest on the backdrop of dance. Else how can one have a professional dancers, choreographers and people with two left feet in the same competition?

2. The forum can be very deceptive as far as popularity is concerned, I remember both when Chang and Bhaichung won, I was pretty sure that they will win but the forum was thinking otherwise, the reason being many members here are not from India second at times regains have gone crazy on voting for someone.

3. Not about winning but keeping some contestant in the competition over others is more often than not is not based on votes or talent but on the level of TRPs a contestant can generate.

Finally we have seen how judges favored their favorites over others so who are we to point fingers. Yes, but as a fan the only thing we can do is to vote for our favorite.

well fifty percent or more is scripted in everty show...there is no reality in these reality shows that's precisely d reason why they come under so much of scrutiny...
also, even i detest these soothsayors n their judgemental views...nothing is written in stone.
i really like shakti too n even lauren but don't u think d concept of winning or losing is a bit subjective here...yes, clearly shakti is d best dancer n how much ever they try, the others will never be able to match up to her...same 4 lauren...but if u look back the second best was always drashti...
if judged purely on dance, shakti will win wholeheartedly n if that is d case, what is d point of bringing in other ppl?
clearly d show is not judged among equals...if anybody is wrong ,its d channel who bring in such unequal particiaption n this creates fodder for a million debates resulting in escalatring trps which ultimately they r looking 4...the channel doesnt care who wins or loses...they r just looking out 4 business.
thus, there is no point in fighting among ourselves coz frankly nobody cares...yes, dancing wise shakti ought to win but if so. then why bring in a tacker or a sukhiji?the format is such that both the dance n d popularity matter...if shakti has it going on both accounts, well n good 4 her...more power to her!
but d show's format has been unfair from d start so d results ought to be unfair too...clearly the second best has won every season bcoz d best has been brought to up d ante of d show...that is how it has been n we really can't do anything about it.
agar dekha jai...colors has made it such that agar a person like shskti wins, then it is unfair to d others coz they will never be able to match up to her n if she doesn't ,then it is an insult to her calibre...
clearly the channel till now has chosen d lesser of d 2 evils...if lauren had won, then it wud be unfair to every1 else out there...but drashti's win sort of balances it out i guess.

what im trying to say that donnt take such things so seriously...these ppl hardly care about who wins n who does not...all they want is their trps...the structure of d show is faulty to start with, then how on earth would any outcome be fair as we see it?
