yes that's true cuz I see D3 fans everywhere.. The problem in determining who has the biggest fanbase is we have everything measured here in IF on basis of polls and rankings and fan club members. But i dont think there is a measurment of fans on other social sites. And then there are people not connected to Internet or who use internet very very less and watch only on TV. And a normal TV viewer is more expected to watch Colors/Starplus instead of Channel V.
So i feel Ashish/KT/Kritika has more fans than Shakti but again the question is how many people actually vote.
