I am an ardent Shakti Mohan fan and I would support her even if she participated in a non-dancers reality show BUT I thought of putting myself in other's shoes, and THINK. 😳

JDJ7- Dancing With The Stars as the tagline says, its a show where famous celebrities from different fields battle it out to win the JDJ title. Different fields means ALL fields and it includes dancing too , haina? 😳 Also alongwith being a dance, she is an actor too. She is the protagonist in a show , "Dil Dostii Dance" on Channel V. A very much popular actor.

Dancing IS her bread,butter and life. No questions on that but she did wait for 4 years to take up JDJ. It was offered to her every season since 2012 but she wanted to establish herself in the industry properly , polish her dancing skills and then enter, which I think she has. ❤️

ALSO, we have seen dancers taking part in Jhalak every season ! First Sushant [he said in ZNKD, that he is trained] , then Esha [superbly trained in Malkham and other such forms] , Yami [a trained cabaret dancer] , Lauren [SYTYCD:S3 participant,that sums it all] ,Mouni [trained in classical] , Andy , Puja and Ritvik [tried to participate in DID] and so Shakti this year.

Its their unfortunate luck that they couldn't win any dance show earlier, Shakti did, cause she WORKED HARD for it. Dancers are bound to be in a dancing show to raise the standards. Who would want to see below average performances? 😆😆

With that Shakti is immensely popular too, both nationally and internationally. She has a huge fan-base in the teens and dance lovers.

Whether she would win or not , well we'll see, but yes, IT IS FAIR for her to be in the show ! Completely.
