In the top 6 50% of the contestants are wildcards who did not start the journey from day one. They definately have an advantage over the contestants who started training from day one. Would it be fair if they walked away winning the show instead of the contestants who dance really well but were not part of it from day one??

I say no i rather see bharti gc or isha win coz they struggled and managed to stay in the competition even though karan ritvik and rashmi are fabulous. 😊
Healthy debates please.

Nope, not fair at all, but then again what is fair about JDJ !!! But personally for me, the answer is No, I wouldn't want a wild card entry to be a winner.

I agree. It wouldn't be fair on those who were here since day one, although the Wild Card contestants are fabulous.

No I m not agree with u all... Its all about ur ability, tenant n how u performed... For eg. If everyone follow ur rule that older one who struggle more shld always win than as per u Ranbir kapoor must not had won the awards for rockstar as there was nomination of salman khan too for Wanted n dabang, through RK is fabulous n unbeatable in Rockstar. So its fair enough... If u r talented n work hard than it is not imp who comes I when comes...

not at all ...i can see bharti and gurmeet lifting the trophy ... if salman isha doesnt somehow ...but not any of these wildcard ...doesnt matter how much better dancers they are ...they cant compensate for those 7 weeks ...other three have went through ...they have entered just one month back ...obviously they will come up with good perfrmances and concept ...

I agree With you. It will be unfair though how Is this wild card entries fault if they were entered late in the show? I think it is both unfair and fair. Unfair because they just entered while others had struggled since day 1 and fair as I have said is before, it is not their fault if they entered late.
I just hope in the end of the day a deserving contestant wins the show though I am very sad for Shibani and Darsheel's elimination and bharti's still here.

Personally I hope GC wins the show and I hope no one bash me for this.

You can't compare award show to a competition because awards happen every year and the older actors had the chance of winning every year until the new batch joins them. In JDJ, these contestants only have one shot, they don't get awards or the price money every week. Older contestant haven't gotten the opportunity to be awarded for performing best before the new dancers joined. If JDJ were to have a winner every week and then if new dancers join, then I wouldn't have minded the newbies running for the winning race, cuz the older contestants did get a chance earlier. But that isn't the case here, so for me it's simply unfair for the newbies to win especially when they haven't even reached their saturation level.

I have always stayed with the thought i have about WC entries that YES there is nothing wrong in them winning.😊

Personally, i feel that WC or no WC, how does that make a difference? Someone who is not a WC has spent more weeks in the show- Fine , That person has struggled more for votes- Fine but how does that make anyone who is a WC not eligible to win? Is the time you spend working on something what defien your victory or is it how much you do in whatever time you have? Infact i believe that the WC's have to work 100 times harder then the non-WC's because they come late- They have lesser connection with the audience , the show, the format and the judges. They have lesser amount of stability to carry on ( Votes basis) .

If we go this way then people who join a class late , say for example if I join grade 10 at the time of the last semester and not fromt he first semester and i Top despite of joining late( I work hard) then should i not deserve to be the topper? No right? So all that matter is how hard you work. Every kind of a contestant has there own set of pros and cons with them.

So i say that WC or no WC - this has nothing to do with winning😊

A different perspective and it is quite compelling I must say 👍🏼

But I don't agree, again two different things compared here. You had to work hard to catch up in terms of material, but here wild card entries didn't have to perform for all their lost weeks, they only started performing midway. It's like if you joined class late, you were given the exception of not being responsible of learning the previous material, now tell me if that was the case and if you stood first, do you think others would have been ok with it ??? I am guessing even your answer would be "no" here.

And in terms of audience connection, you can't tell me after watching these two perform, people wouldn't like them. In this dept, I would agree that work hard plays a role for churning out a good performance for the audience. But then again, this applies to every contestant, GC did bad, people criticized, and same happened with Isha. So to maintain an audience connection, everyone has to work hard every week whether you're audience's fav or not

P.S: Simply my opinion and trying to debate things out. Not in anyway trying to impose my viewpoints 😃

This is one way of looking at it. However, one can argue this the other way too. It's a two way street. The wild cards can have a disadvantage with coming in so late because the public has decided upon their favorites by the time and making a place in the public's heart is harder. Also, the contestants who were there from the beginning were experienced with the stage and judges and the new contestants had to come and start on a level that matched the level achieved by our contestants. I don't think there is really a right or wrong answer. I think it depends on the individual and how he/she sees it. To me, it doesn't matter who came in when. I like to see a good dancer win. There are two dancers I'd like to see win...one is here from Day 1 and the other is a wildcard. I say may the best win!
