Ohh please!! As i say in my early post that there is not only Isha who is train dancer, Darsheel and Jayati are also train dancers!! SSR in season 4 was the train dancer!! This show is about Dancing with Stars!! There is no rule like contestant should be non-dancer

Oh Oh Oh Oh! You really like made me stand up my chair with that one line " She might exceed Madhuri in dancing capabalities. " Firstly, No one there in that JDJ show can even get a bit close to what Madhuri is . She is teh ebst dancer known to Indian entertainment Industry.

Anyways, coming to the point.You see JDJ is a show about dancing with the stars. So that star can be good at dancing or can be bad- That doesnt matter.She is a star and hence she is eligible to perform here and so are all the other stars in the show. And its not an injustice to any other star as anyone can be good at dancing..that isnt a condition to balance out the fair and unfair thing..is it? As in any celebrity can be good at dancing..For example say- Priyanka Chopra is a good dancer- she isnt a trained/professional dancer ,she is just a star who dances well and smilarly say Sonam kapoor( just giving an example..please dont get offended anyone) is a star but doesnt dance that well. Thats it.Its very simple. Anyone can be good at dance and can be bad aswell. How is that Fair and Unfair now

I dont know that whether Jhalak is non dancer show or not but
let me tell you first I also thought Isha has a advantage over others coz of strong dancing background
but what this pair is doing is more than mere dancing
Isha and Salman are not giving common performances like other contestants they are exploring something new with each performance
there is a kind of aura created by both of them on stage which is very uncommon and miraculous
none of others is even close to her but still Bharti and Gurmeet are getting perfect 30 because of non dancing background
similarly if Isha and Salman give performance like gurmeet , shibani or darsheel I can bet all three judges will not give them more than 7 marks because having a strong dancing background sets a higher standard for Isha
I think her participation is completely justified

Should Roger Federer only play against top seed players?

Should Tendulkar not play against other lesser talented palyers?

Should only good at par teams and at par individuals compete with one another?

If the answer is YES, then yes Isha should not compete with the lesser beings in dancing.😆

i think this debate is getting a bit too old isn't it? every week someone makes a similar topic or comment... after watching her last two performances i feel it's good she is part of the show and salman's paired with her... they have set a high standard and every contestant-choreographer pair has to work harder and come up with creative performances to match that... tougher the competition, more exciting it is for the viewer to watch the show...

I don't think it's against any rule to have her there. She is a celebrity after all, and that is the point of the show. Sushant Singh Rajput from last season was a trained jazz dancer. And Sudha Chandran, a professional bharatanatyam dancer, was in it the second season.
And I'm actually quite glad that they have her. She sets the bar higher for all of them and makes them work harder!
