Jassi is really ecstatic to know that she has become the assistant. Armaan tells her that she does a lot of works more than the other officers so she deserves the post. He also says that he can't introduce her as a secretary when he takes him to outdoor meetings. Jassi is confused, she asked if she was just being promoted because her boss feels ashamed to introduce her self as a secretary or not but armaan corrects her by saying that Jassi's efficiency and her qualifications are the reasons for her post. Jassi starts wailing. Armaan is baffled. He asks as to why she was crying to which jassi replies that she got the post all of a sudden for which she is thrilled and those wear tears of happiness. Armaan tells her not to scare him ever with those tears, as he is afraid of tears, at last jassi grins. Armaan gives away his hanky to her and jassi grabs willingly. Armaan orders her not to tell about this to anyone at Gulmohur, for the time being as firstly he needs to take approval from board, which he will get within a week and then he would announce officially.
Jassi and nandu is having a conversation about the hanky. Nandu was actually making fun of armaan when Jassi says that firstly none of the boys ever treat a girl like her nicely and if some one treats then everyone makes fun of the boy. nandu apologizes and he says that Armaan was really pleased by her that is why he always favors her and that supports her not mallika or pari. Jassi is blushing. The next day at GM entrance Jassi keeps on thinking what Nandu said and unknowingly she drops armaan's hanky which maria snatches from her. Jassi requests her to return the hanky to which maria says that she would have to tell her what was special about the hanky and why was she day dreaming. Maria takes a glance at the hanky and to her surprise she finds the initials A.S and she guesses the name Armaan Suri.
Pari is crying again as credit card was banned. mallika is as usual with her trying to console her. Pari says that the salary she gets from GM doesn't satisfy her. Mallika is shocked as Pari gets double from jassi to which pari says that because she goes for pedicure and manicure her money ends there. She requests Mallika to ask armaan to increase her salary. Mallika says that as pari hasn't shown any such efforts so why will armaan listen to her and that Pari need to adjust. Pari is all upset, as Raj was also least bothered of her problems. At the powder room the GM gang circled jassi to know how the hanky of armaan reached her hands. Jassi tells them that she was very gladdened and that she started crying for which armaan gave her his hanky. Everyone asked as to why was she happy, helpless jassi tells them that Armaan had made her the assistant. The girls are happy they start dancing and rejoicing when pari enters. She spoils their mood by calling mathline a fat cow. Mathline showers slang on her and pari's mouth is wide opened. The girls say that pari should talk with respect to Jassi or she would be fired from her job, as she was her senior, she was the assistant to chairman. pari walks away exasperated. She meets mallika on the way and tells her everything that happened at the powder room. Jassi is strained as she couldn't keep the promise of Armaan. She calls bebe to ask her what should she do now. bebe tells her to say sorry to her boss and if she accepts her mistake then armaan sir would surely forgive her. Jassi says that she will straight away go and beg for apology. Armaan is talking to raj on the phone about the loans and stuff when jassi enters. Before she could tell anything armaan orders her to bring the loan papers. Jassi tries to tell him again but mallika intermits them. mallika comes and tells armaan that she had come to know about the promotion that Miss walia got and how dare she think that she will be an assistant as at GM secretaries never get promotions. Armaan glares at jassi with red eyes and jassi is tear jerking.
