Part 2He was driving his car like a maniac when his mobile rang 'yes dad' he answered
'sid, i contacted at airport to get details about roshni but got to know that no one named roshni will board her flight today ' raj informed
'shit...dad i guess i will go and check at railway station...' he thought
'i am already on my way to railway station sid...you do one think...umm check at bus stop...let's don't take a risk' raj suggested
'fine dad...will go' and then he disconnected the call and changed his route 'i can't let you go roshni...' he was determined
He reached at the bus stop and ran here and there in order to found her just then his phone beeped
'dad...did u found her there?..' he asked as soon as he received it
'puttar, she is not there...i searched every where but there is no sign of roshni..' raj informed and just then his eyes landed on a pale figure who was sitting on a near by bench, may be she was waiting for her bus
'dad...i will call later..' and cutting the call he walked towards her 'roshni' he whispered sitting on his knees beside her ...his eyes moistened seeing her teary and red eyes 'roshni...' he called out again as he placed his hand on her's which she jerked away...he sighed
'roshni...i am sorry...' he said as he held his ears 'please ' he added...more tears rolled down her cheeks which she wiped through her little finger and looked away 'roshni...please, i am sorry na...please ' he requested while she ignored 'roshni...i know i did wrong by talking to you badly and blaming you for nothing...i am so sorry...even misha tried to tell me that i was wrong in dealing with matters in the way i did...i am sorry for hurting you' he said
'it's not about forgiving you...neither you should ask forgiveness...you didn't did anything wrong by telling truth...you were right siddhart we are divorced and there is nothing left...in fact i am sorry that i took a lot of time in realizing it...because of me you and misha are suffering...so see i am clearing your way...you guyz won't suffer because of me...anymore...' she said controlling her emotions...
'roshni misha is just a friend ' he stated 'best friend ' she corrected 'yeah best friend...but roshni she and you, you both hold a different place in my heart...she is someone with whom i had spend my childhood and would want her to be with me forever as my supporter and friend...but you are that only person whom i had loved with all my heart...no one can take your place...my heart belongs to you and you only...please trust me' he pleaded while tears rolled down her cheeks 'i am hurt siddhart...i am really hurt...you had shown me the mirror ' she cried
'i was angry roshni' he reminded 'and a person tells truth only when he is angry' she stated the fact and he sighed 'but i wasn't saying truth roshni' he said, she gave him an unpleasant look while he shrugged 'please roshni...try and understand...just give me sometime i will set everything right...i promise...'
'and how will you do that? We are divorced siddhart and i had already taken a decision for myself...i am going away from this city, away from you...you can move on...i won't be a hurdle in your way anymore...' she was determined 'no roshni...you are not going anywhere roshni...your heart is my only destiny...my only reason of breathing is you, with you beside me i feel complete...don't give me such punishment once again...i survived for once but i can't guarantee for next time ...please i am sorry baba' he said totally drained and tired
'siddhart...don't act as if everything can be normal now...nothing can be the same...not now at least moreover your maa wants you to get married with misha...everything between us is over...' she said in a loud tune and stood up, he to stood up seeing her 'well now this discussion is finished!!! My bus is leaving so Good Bye' she said as carry her bag and walked past him only to be stopped by him
He held her dupatta and holding it came too close to her 'roshni i had once did a mistake by letting you go and had seen it's result...so now i don't feel like repeating the same mistake and going through the same punishment...' he said as he was close to her 'i will never let you go...again ' he whispered huskily as he took her bag from her hands and holding her hand he went to his car and made her sit in it...
She mind screamed to not to listen to him, to walk away, to punish him for the way he treated her but her heart took over her mind as it indicated her calmly that to listen to him, to not to walk away freeing herself from his hold, to don't punish him again, last time the mistake was her's that she took decision without even thinking once and left him and because of it they both suffered and now again she took a decision without any second thought but if life is giving her, no them a second chance then she don't wish to go through the same mistake again as that one mistake and it's consequence later were enough torture for them
The drive back home was silent, none uttered a word neither looked at eachother as both were lost in thoughts with one thinking of the way about how to set everything right and the other thinking about how he will make all fine?
And within the same silence they reached at her home, sid came out and holding her hand brought her out too, and with her luggage reached at her apartment 'anyone here?' he called out aloud and in a mere second whole Patel house was present in hall, he smirked as he knew that they expected him to be here with her, of course they knew that he won't let his roshni leave him again
He walked towards durga with roshni and gave her hand to durga 'keep her with you' he said, all looked at him shocked and roshni with a hint of pain unable to understand what he meant, he knew what they thought so after a moment he continued 'keep her with you, until i take her from here officially as my wife and my beeji's personal care taker...my soon to be sasu mom start preparations...just shower her with all the love you have because i am going to come and take her with me in a week and yeah this time we will get married in the presence of our whole family' he said, durga was really happy but hide it behind her irritated face and sid knew it well
'and your mother...?' she asked 'i said a while back, we will get married with the blessings of our whole family, it includes my mom too and because i stopped taking chance with the people i love the most, she too will have to do it otherwise either me or nothing...but this time i won't allow anyone and i mean it anyone to come in between me and my roshni...we suffered a lot due to others but now what i want is her love and togetherness...' he said making durga smile 'and as i promised you roshni, i will set everything right' he added as he took her hands in his..
'i am going for now my soon to be sasu mom but you please don't waste your time, start preparing as the groom's family will be here anytime sooner' he winked taking back steps while DD chuckled ' i will be waiting my soon to be son in law' she replied and he showed thumbs up before taking his leave, 'come roshni it's your day today...get ready...' durga said caressing her cheeks lovingly while roshni had a beautiful smile on her lips as she hugged durga with tears of happiness in her eyes 'be happy my jaan...all is fine now...come' and she took her inside and everyone in the patel house busied themselves in the preparation they have to do for there dear guests
