"Nachiket, you weren't able to sleep last night and kept talking nonsense.. so decaf is what you get, hopefully you will be able to sleep better today". Nachiket frowned, decaf was not really his thing. "Tumhe nahi chahiye?", Ragini teased, knowing very well, he would never say no for the coffee lover he was. "Nahi chalaloonga.. but you will still be punished for doing this to me". Ragini raised an eyebrow.. "We have to practice for honeymoon, remember!", he said daringly, especially after the conversation they had this morning. "Practice? Nachiket!!", Ragini chided curbing her smile at his innocent tone. "I am done with decaf, now please me girl!!", he said casually, challenge hidden somewhere in there. "haan?', Ragini looked up surprised, she definitely didnt see that coming. "I am not falling into your trap Mr", she said sternly. "Trap? Ms Khanna, dont think, I didn't notice , you secretly buying something during our shopping this morning.", Nachiket said with a naughty glint in his eyes. Ragini looked up instantly biting her lip, surprised, how in the world could he have known.. she had made a quick trip to the lingerie store, while he went to the bathroom. "Oh that.. that.. its nothing, I.. I..". He walked up to her, and kissed her... Jab chupana nahi aata to try kyon karti ho?", he whispered into her mouth, before capturing her lips again."You are such a fox!! how did you know?", she whispered back, gently punching his chest. "A hungry fox, my vixen..", he whispered and deepened the kiss.

She gently pulled out of the kiss "Wait here I will be right back..", she said with finger on his lips then rushed into the bedroom.. When he heard the bathroom door close, he made his way to the bed and made himself comfortable, resting his head on the pillow. He waited in anticipation, but the headache, which had gotten worse, wasn't making it easy. A beautiful night lay ahead of him, if only the head ache would go away. He held on to his head tight and closed his eyes, when Ragini came out wearing a robe.. "Nachiket you ok?", "I won't lie.. my head is pounding sharp and heavy, can you get some asprins?". Ragini rushed out to grab the pills and water while Nachiket tried hard to ease himself". He gulped the asprins and mumbled "I am sorry..". "Its ok, I dont need to practice", she replied in an attempt to ease his guilt. After numerous requests from Nachiket to sleep, Ragini finally agreed, she made sure he was ok and the headache was subsiding, before snuggling into his arms and falling asleep. Nachiket however, was not able to fall asleep again.. He stirred for sometime, then the aspirin took effect and his head felt better.. He looked at Ragini, who was fast asleep now..

He planted a few kisses on her cheeks and chin. He didn't want to wake her up on purpose, but he couldnt stay away. He began to study every inch of her face in detail, tracing his finger along the curves of her face.. He noticed an unusual glow on her, he didnt know if it was due being around kids and family or the magic of the moon light from the window. Whatever it was, it didnt matter, for it adorned her face. He appreciated how, every curve, every muscle of her face, enhanced the beauty. He tried to bring out those cute dimples, that always drove him crazy, with his gentle, silly, yet precise antics.. He liked to do this, even during their happy married years, 15 years ago, he would often spend hours, admiring his sleeping beauty, on the nights when he returned late from work and found her sleeping. It would magically energize him. He was glad to have this chance again, after so long.. As he continued the exploration, he noticed, that a new mole had shown up on her face. Although, it was barely visible.. it was something that he was sure didnt exist 15 years ago. He tried to gently scratch it off, but it wouldnt leave. Ragini stirred, and turned to the other side, leaving him with a smile. He then wanted to peek, just once into the robe, to see what she had bought. But he didn't dare, for he knew, that if Ragini woke up and found her robe open, she would be mad, and he would land up on the sofa for quite a few days. He tried to be as soft as possible, trying to lift up the robe to peek in.. but Ragini's hands instinctively, pulled her robe back.. After trying for quite some time, he gave up, he let Ragini sleep peacefully, and drifted to his side of the bed.

He stirred and kept changing sides, trying to find that sleep.. The head ache was intensifying and the effect of asprin had worn off much earlier than expected. The Dr in him, had an inkling that this was more than the usual headache... He somehow struggled and got through the night, then in the early twilight hours, he woke Ragini up, "Ragini.. Ragini.. subah ho gayi", Ragini woke up startled, Nachiket was never the one to wake her up, she looked at the clock, it was 5 am. "Nachiket tum theek ho? so jao thodi der aur, abhi time hai", "Ragini Mai raat bar nahi soya.." "Kyon?" "the headache, it got worse.. I think we should go see the doctor today, first thing in the morning". Ragini hugged him and massaged his head, attempting to make him feel better. She was nervous and worried and prayed it was not anything major".
